Yeah, and each one of us will be 20 years older, it's obvious that if 20 years go by it will become outdated, most of the perfumes. Bacarrat's scent is way older than the perfume, I remember smelling a very similar scent more than 20 years ago.
Bacarrat is a very bad scent that proves that people just want to fit in and belong to the group.
There's way older perfumes with a much more modern and well blended scent profile than this disgusting 540 perfume.
Exactly! That’s people favorite term, “ old Lady Perfumes”! Did they forget that everything gets old and their going to be put in the same Category and the perfumes they love too🤦♀️🤣🤣🤣
I know a lot of old ladies who smell fabulous way better than some young ladies. LOL
People will smell pink sugar and be like “reminds me of my grandmother” lol

I recently layered Musamam white intense with Lataffa Yara and OMG. TRUST.
I got so many compliments that day! They smell exquisite together 💕

You weren’t kidding! I now understand what barnyard oud smells like. Khadlaj Empire Victor arrived today…..and I love it! I wanted to be challenged and it certainly does that. I’m very glad to have it in my collection. I’m not sure how my friends will cope with it though LOL!
They reformulated it. Noooooo. I just got the reformulated one and it is more vanilla and barely noticeable Oud. I am glad I have the original formulation because it will become so rare going forward ❤
@@SiminShaikh Oh that explains it! I’ve seen Neem from Aromatix describe it, and also Cee Chronicles and neither mentioned any Oud. I’m in New Zealand, and the perfume only just arrived for purchase last week. So we have the old formulation I guess.

Could you compare Karus Secret musk with Noir d Arabie as dupes?
Liam is one of my very favourite perfumes. I can’t get enough of the cardamom, iris and sandalwood. I just wish it lasted and projected a bit better.
I couldn't find "Ghality" online here in the states. But I did get a sample of it from a company by the name of anabis. It is a very pretty fragrance.
Musamam white smells like santal complet by frnagrance du Bois. Creamy coconut sandalwood with some bright citrus in the front.

I just received my Musamam White Intense today and I’m in LOVE! It’s such a perfect blend of notes and the citrus keeps it from getting cloying in the summer😍 You were absolutely right about it! ❤️

Masa sounds like God's of fire a little. God's of fire is close to erba Pura but extra mango and little smoke very little.

Hi, my babe. I laughed a lot ,😂 which was not ideal as I just returned from a long dentist appointment with my left side , top and bottom, numbed from 3 injections. So hello you lovely caped crusader😂, what colour is your cape, or does this change depending on your SOTD?❤😅. Loved how you said this,well done 🎉. So many lovely perfumes , a few not available here at all, some horrendously expensive at this stage. I must say my biggest temptation would be Liam, as that one is here in select shops, still pretty pricey. I hope to get that one when a few more places sell it. I feel this is or would be different from anything else I own and for this I would make an exception and buy it.
I do prefer the term vintage, old lady sounds so dreadfully boring😂.

Coming back to this because I'm not seeing anyone else say that Empire Victor is very oud heavy, now seeing comparisons to December Vanilla/Caramel Cascade and Kayali Oudgasm vanilla and that it doesn't have much oud. Wondering if they send out better versions in PR. 😭

I have not found a good duper yet for Mon Guerlain yet but I am on a look out esp for the Intense version which I love a lot. Club Di Nuit Woman by Armaf is an excellent dupe for Coco Mademoiselle but the OG version not intense ️♥️ I hope this helps hun ️♥️

Hi simin could you please do a review on empire victor, there's been a confusion that that it smells sweet and there's triple vanilla as it is on khadlajs website but what I get is the strong oud you described.
A seller here in my home country called me names saying there's no oud in it and I wanted to spoil business for her. There's been so many mixed reviews from users.

Utubers keep amping up these Arabic fragrances but in reality- half are not even worth it but the other half are. I’m going by these viral videos gassing up some of these perfumes and they don’t even last but a min even on your clothes. Unless their very strong they don’t last

I have a totally different experience. All of them are great performers compared to the more western designer and cheaper brands. Comparing to the western perfumes that cost between 0-50 euros, they have an abismal better performance!
I ironically realized the more I oversprayed, the quicker I would become anosmic to the scent.
The other day I bought a middle Eastern aqua perfume for 15 euros and that scent lasts all freaking day! The brand is called Naseem.
