To get experience of how it's necessary to keep up with the team, and move, and the advantages of that, play the Bishop! However, by a fluke the end position near the home base at the end should heve been helpful... pity Mr Randamach was spotted though... hm?
First game: If the enemy arty were switched-on, he'd have been dead early in the game being in that position. NEVER go where they expect you to go. Also, you cannot protect the cap from there unless it's a suicide shot. Second game he advertises his position by knocking down that tree and then sits behind it. If you want to support the left flank, go to the left side of the map and fire down between the rocky heights either side of the tracks. Yanking on the trigger. As he pushed the fire button, his cursor moved a lot of the times he fired.
I don't find counter-battery to be the problem that it's made out to be, certainly at T6. As you get higher, it maybe becomes more of an issue, but not this low. I only see it maybe 1 in 20 or so. The advantage from being in a better (known) firing spot outweighs the risk. I'd certainly have taken something with a shorter range down the left flank, not sure why I stayed in this one. Don't think I'm yanking the trigger, not sure what you're seeing there.
good job with that arty. its to bad it was nerfed so.. use your W key more, if you were on the NA sever you were very lucky not to be fired on by the other teams arty. well done!
The fun of watching such a bad arty player is limited. The M44 really isn't that terrible. A victory rate of 46% after 1k games with it is downright ridiculous.

WG really screwed this Arty up.

I don't find counter battery to be that much of a problem, I can usually get away with it. 😊

Sorry I'm not good enough for you. I'll look out for your videos so that I may improve and, hopefully, reach a standard you approve of.
