Assalam alikum I have tried this recipe I think there’s something wrong with quantity because I used half cup melted butter and 1 and half cup plain flour it was bit dry not properly mixed together because of less butter but I used according to your recipe measurements then I add more butter then can make proper dough can you confirm the proper ratio of butter or ghee and plain flour Thanks
Wa Alaikum assalam, you need clarified butter for this recipe and beat it until it is fluffy (more than double in volume) and 1 cup of flour is 150g, use it accordingly. That is the perfect ratio if you beat ghee properly. Thank you for your feedback and let me know if you any question.
