**Who is Ashlee Tate?**
Ashlee Tate is a Strategic Communications Consultant and self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur. Combining her skills in the areas of branding, event planning, public relations, social media, and strategic planning, Ashlee helps clients design a life and business they love ON purpose.
Ashlee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Sacramento, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Communications and Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Her online business, The Socialife Diaries, provides group coaching to budding entrepreneurs and nonprofit founders. In addition, she provides face-to-face business consulting to her local community with the Shasta Cascade Business Development Center.
Since 2015, Ashlee has been the founder and executive director of LaunchPad 4 Kids, Inc., a nonprofit designed to provide children from underserved environments the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities through crowdfunding.
As a veteran of the United States Army, Ashlee Tate is no stranger to teamwork, commitment, and community service. Over the past 11 years, during her time in Redding, CA, Ashlee has served her community by participating in various nonprofit organizations and boards including The Chamber of Commerce, United Way, and The Girl Scouts of Northern California. To highlight the community she loves, Ashlee created and co-hosted a local television show on the Public Broadcast Station KIXE Channel 9 in Redding, CA. The Forum ran for five years featuring ‘interesting people doing interesting things in the Northstate’.

This is what I was looking for, my reasoning is as a Casual gamer who watched other youtubers that play the specific game I play and I had questions about their non practical approach of building in the Sims 4. following their tips did not technically work in game -real time. Plus there are players/creators who make unofficial modifying programs that ease the tension of
the games limitations, all though most general players will say the game is already too simplistic.

I am really looking to start a podcast. However, I struggle with being confident enough to just sit and talk and definitely very camera shy. Any suggestions for overcoming these issues?
You know what, all of us, even those of us that love a camera start out a little scared. The best advice I can give is to practice showing up as yourself first and foremost then add in the fluff! People are attracted to your personality above all else so if it’s calm and serene you’ll attract your people, if it’s loud and obnoxious you’ll attract your people! Just show up and keep showing up with a focus on being you as the goal, nothing else. Bring all the quirks!
Can you sync the audio file from the mixer to the video? Instead of having separate recording devices.
Yes I believe so! I record with video and detach audio for the podcast all the time.

how do you extract audio from a video file. I made my first podcast video but its 2.5GB long and i cant extract it. PLEASE HELP ME.
What software are you using?
@@Ashlee_Tate I was just using a general video editor. Do have any in mind that's either free or affordable?
@@miasministry07 you need to pop it into something like iMovie for Apple (it might even work on your phone) or windows movie maker to separate the audio
