Nice interesting Duo 😀 Great Wittness good entertainment 😸👍 Either the witness is highly intelligent and plays with the prosecutor or he may have Alzheimer's
I think this witness (Milla) is at war with her brother and has made up her mind which side to take, opposite of her brothers! Also, Olivier as well is not a credible witness.

I have to disagree with most of you. The DA could/should have played a couple clips and without a doubt the jury would've found him not credible. Instead he drives it in the ground and makes the guy somewhat likable and funny
The fact that every one of Durst's friends testifying for him have a lawyer screams out GUILTY!

Hope the jury saw that!

A very impressive person and witness.
I'd love to see Juan Martinez cross-examine Oliver.
Juan has his own problems. Didn’t he get disbarred? I really liked him in the Jody Arias trial.
Yes he did
Bless him and he's cold bony grim reaper hands giving he's little fellow 1% buddy a wave. Mr Oliver was just another Egor for Durst. R.I.P Kathy
Durst aka The Grim Reaper just needs his scythe.

Because he got rich thru good-old-boy system and owes Durst's.
