@@lalithabajpe7221 Best time to chant,In the morning (between 4-6am) or In the evening (between 4 to 6-30pm)
If you are doing it as a vrutha like 21 or 48 days you need to follow some rules like following a vegetarian diet, satwik food and lifestyle...
Before chant take a bath, light a lamp ,sit facing north direction,do pranayama for 5-6 times,
While chanting sit in any wooden floor stool (Mane) your legs should not touch the floor so you can use kusha grass mat also. Many says you can skip poorwanyasa and falashruthi part. But as per my experience you shouldn't skip that part too. So should read the complete vishnu sahasranama along with fala Shruthi and poorwanyasa,dhyanam. The right utterance of each name creates a positive aura... So correct pronunciation is also very important....
