I don't think anyone is suggesting that they are cheating and believe it was a genuine mistake but Woody earned a point from that hole when in essence he shouldn't have got any points. That could be the difference in someone loosing out in a place in the top 6. Love the content and the boys on the channel but you got to know the rules if you are entering into competitions.

I know it's going to be a good day when the first video on TH-cam is Up and Down Golf. Golf is mostly a mental game and when your brain decides to short circuit, it is very worrisome. It happens to all of us and you just have to work through it. I'm glad Fents represented the Channel very well. Looking forward to the next round.
I admire what you’re doing. You all have the basic ingredients of good golfers. That starts with enthusiasm and a sense of fun A time comes when we all take lessons. You should each take half a dozen lessons to help lessen the inconsistency i think you’ll see overnight improvement
The "not knowing how to hit the ball" feeling resonates for sure. Every few rounds, I get what my playing partners call "my comedy hole" where I seem to forget I have ever even held a club before. Luckily it happens less and less, and I can normally now shake it off before the next hole.
I'd be arguing about your scores on the first hole, a lost ball is a lost ball........ you either play 3 off the tee, or have a stroke and distance penalty from where you think it was lost......... so Woody and Fents would have had 1 extra shot added to their scores. Tee shot, penalty, drop then hitting 4th shot from around the tree, OR Tee shot, penalty then 3rd from the tee. Apart from that, pretty good videos
All Woody needs is 4 clubs. Driver, Hybrid, 9 iron and putter. Hmm. Yall should do a video where each one of yall picks only 5 clubs and plays a round.

Surely if you lose your ball you have to retake your shot from its original position. You can’t just drop a ball where you think you lost it unless it’s a water hazard.

Was nice to see woody had a 5th club in his bag when the SW came out (if he got a few of them putts he would have been well up there to be fair, keep at it lad they will drop). I had that feeling the other day Luke ended on a 106, actually had a lesson and followed it up with an 87 😂 I think it’s more just a high/mid handicap golf thing though. Bring on day 2

Ahh we've all been there when the swing escapes us - had it happen to me on a par 5 over the weekend, ruined what would have otherwise been a great round. Tough scores but feels you're losing more to the weather than the course/ your game. Hoping for some miracles on day 2!
Luke, ol' boy... You're far better than what was "shat" out in this round. It won't haunt you, put it out of your thoughts because you DO know how to hit great shots.
Watching this brings back awful memories of when I played there a few months ago in such awful wet conditions , I found that if you did hit a good shot on a lot of the holes you ended up off the fairway and in really wet thick rough . I honestly dont think I will ever go back to this course and what makes it worse is we have free round there after the second day no buggies allowed out so we just took off and left .
Needed to see this video after my horrendous performance this Saturday. 9 points after first nine, luckily I saved it from complete disaster by getting 10 points on last three holes😂
Why shout Fore Right? Just Fore please. The people in danger have no idea if they are to the left or the right of you. Did you hear them do that on the telly?
I do apologise Robert for believing that people on the golf course have enough brain power to determine whether they are on the right or left of a shout of Fore. I mean we've never had a problem with it. The reason the don't do it on the telly is that they have spotters and stewards with signs to indicate to the spotters down the fairway where the ball is heading. But thanks for your input
