I never asked my papa any gift on my birthdays back then, never complained for food (20 days in a month dal chawal aur peyaj/achar ws our lunch).. and that one rupee ws my pocket money for everday bcz my father cant afford 2 rupee per day back then...
I ws only 7 when mom left us... dad use to work in some private company.. but lost his job stayed home when she ws sick ... after she left my dad became salesman for door to door..

I think fathers are santa claus in disguise....who shower with gud small surprises whole year and nt only during Christmas....they are the silent givers to the entire family...it's hard to hide pains and tears and tensions and stress from everyone and especially from kids......

Some fathers sacrifice their life for their children and some fathers sacrifice their children’s lives for themselves. Pure loving fathers and narcissistic fathers exist everywhere in all times. 😭
My mom told me to get some paneer from the market while riding back home on her scooter . I purchased the paneer and while paying for the paneer a rupee fell and went inside the billing counter and it was difficult to remove. I was like it is just a rupee and then while on the ride back home , I narrated the short incident to my mom and I was like dont get angry for just a rupee. She told that so what if it is a rupee ? It may be a single rupee for u but for a poor man it means a lot . Just like drops of water when collected makes an ocean same way , joining many rupees makes a huge amount of money . I learned the real value of a rupee from this beautiful short film . I love u papa 😇😇💕💕
Loved everybit of this movie. Such simplicity. My childhood memories flashed right before my eyes. My father used to take me for a ride on his bicycle every evening. Even though he didnt not have much money he would get me at least one jalebi without fail only to see the smile on my face. Father's indeed are special.
