Congrats. A very great run but unfortunately you missed the RedTail Glitch and lost lives twice in Shipyards at the cost of DJ other than that you could have even reached 40m mark. But it is a great thing to perform DJ on three consecutive levels especially the final DJ at lvl 9 was the most risky one as I could end up spoiling the whole run. Well done 👏

I was like 'how does he do it' when you were giga behind at 6, then saw you get DEDJ at 7 so I calmed down, then I saw Shipyards and started freaking out, then I saw PCS and calmed down again. Then I saw Cliffs and I freaked out again. Damn. Can't help but think what this would have been with a little bit more luck. Good job my dude and keep up the good work, I love your streams!

Holy shit, this is pretty insane. Had no idea about that Caverns skip, I absolutely hate that level haha. Out of curiosity, has anyone ever achieved a No Hit Run of Claw? Also, is this played on a modern machine or on a virtual machine(or just an old PC)? I recently started playing this game again after like 15 years and there are a bunch of weird bugs, like certain platforms barely moving, inconsistent platform hitboxes(especially on the Temple), *I think* the jump distance is also sometimes inconsistent etc. so I was thinking of setting up a virtual machine with Windows XP or Windows 95.
there is damageless bosses but no damageless runs. I'm playing on a laptop with win10, so if you're having trouble running the game you can get some help in the discord here: discord.gg/x6smhp7y

right now we're at the point where it's impossible to get a better run without a frame-perfect double jump. the only reason it doesn't feel optimized is because I'm trying to get 8 or 9 frame-perfect double jumps in the same run
@@pappyqc1981 Claw was the first game I owned and the only platformer I've ever played... So I higly doubt I'll have the skills and patience to play it again for any period of time
@@Blenderis123 you won't know unless you try, even if you don't finish just playing it again will make you appreciate the game even more. Once you get the game started and you hear that level 1 music the nostalgia will hit you in the feels like a truck
I also have a 41m24.97s run too if you really want to be nitpicky. if there was another runner that was within a mile of my level maybe somebody would care, but people are just happy to see Claw runs and it doesn't matter if the footage jumps for 1s.
