While the community was saving DMZ, I was being saved by dmz. Back in May when my wife passed away, I couldn’t look at the game or watch a stream without thinking about her. We had been watching ON1C together ever since he was a solo bush wookie doing missions. She was so tickled when his merch went live and he mentioned something to her about getting a hoodie. This community held me together after that. Doryin and skizz0tty reached out and wanted to play to help me think about something else , even if I wasn’t all there mentally, this community provided a support I needed, and still do to this day. GGs Luv ya ❤
Haven't had the pleasure to Know her more like a friend but still seeing her Discord account in ON1C's Discord member list is heartbreaking. RIP @CrimisonXClover ❤️🙏🏻🖤
And we love you hired! I'm happy to see that you were able to find support in this amazing community in your troubling times, I wish I would've been there more for you too, I have had such an amazing support from everyone including you during my troubling times and am so grateful!
DMZ and Ground War was soo important to me back in March 2023 since now. I finished my Navy Duty and got no Friends left, but thx to this 2 modes I acquired old ones and new Ones.
This is probably the best overall DMZ content ever bro. Historic times, coolest names. The community… Man .. I wish we would have a DMZ Podcast with like 10 streamers talking about the game mode and da memories…
Damn I appreciate you saying that! I'm glad you enjoyed it!! I put a lot of effort into it and that podcast idea sounds like a lot of fun!! I'd love to see it happen
a DMZ love letter. the most perfect line in this whole video. i never thought a video game would make me tear up, but holy crap Luigio this truly was amazing! i am honored to have been a small part of it. I feel this should be up for an oscar or something. this was EPIC!!!!
I appreciate that so much my man! Truly! It's an honor to have everyone be a participant in my content, truly I appreciate you all for showing this much love!
Way to make a full grown man cry. This community couldn’t have come into my life at a better time. So grateful for all the friends and memories made along the way. -Nebby
DMZ had a uniqueness, I remember when I was still new to Warzone I played my first ever match of DMZ. That thrill of not knowing what to expect made you always on edge, the time I died with good loot made me feel devastated, but in DMZ you have to always get back up and try again.
I just watched this amazing video for the second time, and I’m blown away again by what a true work of art it is. DMZ is more than just a game mode-it’s a gateway to incredible friendships and unforgettable experiences. I’ve met some amazing people because of this game and the communities it fosters. A huge thank you to LuiGio for creating this incredible video and for being a friend to me and so many others. DMZ is truly one of a kind. The emotions, connections, and memories I’ve made through it are a testament to the beauty of the simple things in life. This video reminded me just how much of an impact those little things can have on a person’s life. The communities I’ve been a part of through this game have made my life so much better, and I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who’s been a part of that journey. You know who you are, and my gratitude for you and for this video runs deep. LuiGio, keep up the amazing work! Your dedication to the communities you touch, no matter their size, shines through in everything you do. I hope we can jump into some games together again soon. Thanks for reminding me of the power of simple joys and the impact they can have. Have a great day, and I’m excited to see more of your incredible content! Peace out, NERDS! Love you BYE (LuiGio Voice)!
I am truly touched man! I am glad to see you say all of that sheeesh, I am not sure if I am such an impact in the community as you say but I try my best! Of course I'd be glad to game with you! We will have to run some soon! It's super fun to play with everyone and adapt my style to everyone else as well as learn many new tactics from all of you! This really is such an amazing community! And as always! Love you byeeee!
Amazing video brother i cant even describe how it made me feel watching this. There has been no game mode like DMZ to me and i will continue to help keep it alive until it is no more.
I appreciate you saying these kind words!! DMZ deserves a second coming! The best way to make it happen is by supporting other extraction shooter games!
I love the throwbacks, but the tone makes it sad like it's over. We still run it every single night for 3 or 4 hours every night. It's still alive and well and waiting another year hoping for dmz2.0
It's meant to be sad and nostalgic because even if it's still alive for US now it may not be for many others, hopefully this inspires many to come back and we can get a DMZ 2!
Awesome video bro. I was reluctant to play DMZ at first. Used to strictly play multiplayer since I was used to that from the OG MW, MW2 and World at War. My friend made me try it and it was definitely more interesting than just endlessly shooting each other in a small space. Having other things to do and looking for equipment really added fun.
I am mainly a MP player and have stated this multiple times in my previous videos, but DMZ was my first try at an extraction shooter and I fell in love with the genre! Such a great experience!
This is a great video dude. Bravo. I’ve taken a break from DMZ cause it just got old for me with the one-shots and lack of updates and new material. But watching this video makes me appreciate it and miss playing it. Hope to see you in the DMZ again
I understand the feeling. Hopefully, we can both return to a better version of the game mode someday! And I hope to find you in the DMZ too! Keyword is Tacos!!
i miss this game so much. hearing them speak about similar experiences i had is just surreal. but what made this the unique experience was the way it was made, the missions and the hurdles that you had to overcome to accomplish them, at some times it felt like a job but i 100% it and got serpentine to prove my expertise. despite its flaws, i miss it so much.
It truly was a unique experience I'll never forget! I'm glad I was able to spark those feelings of nostalgia! Hopefully we will be able to relive them some day!
I would have never of thought there would be a video such as this floating around on TH-cam. DMZ was one of those comfort games that was entertaining to watch along while doing something else and feeling like you are missing nothing other than the thrill this game mode was. The amount of care that a select few devs put into it to make it have the best run it could before the next cod was astounding. From time to time there is an unscratched itch in my making me play this mode to completion. Even though I am lvl 1250 with orion on all weapons minus weapon mastery. DMZ is a challenge that embraces the good nature of the playerbase and it shows with this being one of the most recent memorable cos experiences. Hopefully this mode returns in a future COD. Bloody amazing video. This was an amazing ride when this released.
Thank you so much man! I'm happy to see this video is reaching out to the greater DMZ community! This game has provided me with great moments as well! I do hope we get another rendition of DMZ the best way to make it happen is by supporting other extraction shooters as well! That way activision will see the value in bringing back a DMZ 2!
@LuiGio35 Right,That was the best times. It got deluded with that coach exit. I always like getting my perks cause when they kill me,I had a special tag on me🤣😭
I remember playing DMZ with a friend and would act like police js screaming in our mics and stuff having fun in general, if not with them then it would be getting in a six man team (og DMZ) This game helped me with a whole lot and I miss having fun playing.
This game has provided us with amazing moments! I'm glad to have lived them first hand! Make sure to support other extraction shooter modes if you want to see DMZ 2 become a reality!
I love DMZ I’ve played over 5000 hours that’s all I played never played anything else it’s sad I jumped in one day and the team right next to me wanted me to join I did I told them I have r been playing and they were just talking shit saying that that shouldn’t have had me join and I gave up on DMZ.
DMZ is by far the best game mode, deff keeps me & the gang pulling over nighters like it was a graveyard shift. meet some really good/cool guys & gyals. cheaters are deff taking over the game but its still my number 1 game mode to go to. bo6 was good, played it for 2 weeks & went right back to DMZ. wish they would actually listen to the ppl actually playing the game mode instead of looking at it from a money outcome. they wont update cause it wont make them no money. sad COD has became a money pit instead of what it use to be.
@@LuiGio35 ive been seeing game play on delta force, & although it looks a more complex like the way their backbag is set up nd stuff but im tempted to give it a try. just waiting on it to be for console. ive only seen pc gameplay. im hoping activision can see the vision us the actual gamers see. DMZ is a masterpiece, for a beta its worth the space on my harddrive. DMZ must live forever. lol.
I loved season 1 and 2 of DMZ, that were the good old times. Everyone yelling friendly on the mics, helping each other because we all were stilll trying to figure out stuff. This made me get nostalgic, and also want to develop something as close as DMZ as it can be.
Bro those were truly the good ol days. If your team got killed early in the raid, it didn’t mean it was over cause almost everyone was willing to squad up and knock out some missions. Nowadays everyone just kills and almost never have prox chat on

I’m not crying youre crying WE ARE DMZ I’m never ever leaving. I’m here for the long haul. Beautiful video my man. You are a treasure, and keep up the good work. I can’t wait to see your videos in the future
@ bro I’ve been playing DMZ since day 1 and I love it. I actually have tried to get a lobby to meet on high rise to spell out We Are DMZ using operators but you can imagine how that usually goes lol. When I saw this video and the WE ARE DMZ thumbnail I was like “oh fuck yes”
Dmz was the perfect game mode for chill evenings. Perfect balance between pve and exciting multiplayer. I'm currently in Canada as an exchange student but I'm excited to play it again
It’s still alive! What a great community.. DMZ and the whole community helped me go true the hardest time of my life! So I guess thanks to everyone 😊 Somehow that video gives me goosebumps ❤ Edit: you made me cry 🙏 I knew it! I have seen so many streams asking you for the “ we are DMZ” What a legend
Hahaha! Kind of hard keep something like this under wraps with me running around TH-cam lol!! I am so happy you enjoyed the video! I hope you stick around for my future videos and my olds ones too!
I always loved hunting 6-man squads and starting all out wars between several squads. We once completely wiped Ahshika and pretty much just hung out until final extract without any real threat which was so extremely wild to experience.
It truly is an amazing experience when you know you're the best squad alive and you just start doing things you usually wouldn't do! Thank you for supporting this video!
@LuiGio35 m Favorit Story: I was in Vondel and the Cursed House at the Market Center Had Claimed a Team. I swooped in rescued Them. Both German girls. And escorted Them to exfil. The whole time the VC gone crazy on their Part xD
A beautiful video for a beautiful game. Still play DMZ on a daily basis. Not much can compare to DMZ. The gameplays and interactions are something unike in this gamemode.
Amazing cinematics, I love the honest responses from everyone, the music was fantastic, overall you did an amazing job man, I want you to do one thing for me okay? Keep up the good work and keep spreading smiles in dark times
What a beautiful video LuiGio ❤ thank you for making this you knocked it out of the park! I’m lucky to have you and this amazing community around and I definitely wouldn’t be here without all of you ❤ LONG TIME ❤
LuiGio you are the best. as always you did something awesome. honestly you make me cry because i'm living with this community from first month of season 1 to now and i have tons of memories with this game. Love you all ❤❤❤
I truly appreciate these kind words! I'm happy to see such a positive reception to this video! I truly hope it continues to spread so that the whole DMZ community can enjoy it!
I love DMZ, I just don't get anytime to play it as I seem to be addicted to completing the COD Season passes, but I'm coming back now I'm probably going to complete Black Ops season 1 with 2 weeks to go. Bring it back, charge a monthly fee and let progress count towards the season passes - I would subscribe...... Also add prestige so you can replay all the missions from the start. Maybe merge in with MWZ which is actually quite good.
As a dmz vet myself i could honestly agree with you more than i thought. I think this is the best game mode cod has made. I think this gamemode carried mw2 also too bad the game isnt supported but this game has changed me ever since, i loved those summer days grinding this game 😅 Once you get to know all the maps and everything about the game it starts to get boring and not as fun. But i still play it to this day!
Yes this is 100% true! This game can become repetitive once you understand the mechanics and maps, but still there is enough RNG to create unforgettable moments even to this day, which makes it exciting! And at the same time we must support other extraction shooters, to make sure DMZ makes a return one day!
DMZ was the best thing COD has ever done. Ive looked all over for a replacement and nothing comes close to DMZ... I miss the game man. Fck activision for not supporting it, fr. I was so happy for a potential MW3 update with new weapons, new missions. And they just let it die
It was truly a special mode and I feel your pain about what could have been, but maybe someday! The best thing we can do is support other extraction shooters to give DMZ 2 a better chance of being a reality

Beautiful video my man. You are a treasure, and keep up the good work. I can’t wait to see your videos in the future
Geez thank you so much for those kind words! The real treasure are the people who make this community so great! I'm just a dude who makes videos lol!
@@johnnyb.1807 That's so amazing! I would love to do that one day! I'll have to try it out!
@ I’d be willing to help any way that I can
Dmz was the perfect game mode for chill evenings. Perfect balance between pve and exciting multiplayer. I'm currently in Canada as an exchange student but I'm excited to play it again

Hahaha!! It truly means a lot to see all of you say these nice things! I appreciate you all!
This is truly a beautiful video ❤️
I tried to make it as beautiful as DMZ was at its peak!
Well done LuiGio, appreciate your effort for DMZ community ❤
Thanks, I appreciate the support! It means a lot.
A huge thing that made this mode awesome is that this mode was FREE and you could playing it without having to own any of the base CoD games.
It was such a great idea from Activision that got cut short during it's prime
I left DMZ once MWZ came out. I honestly hope both DMZ and MWZ get updates and new maps.
Yes! Both had their pros and cons I hope both get the support they deserve!!
TY! Well said friend
Thank you for watching and commenting!
The 6 man squads was amazing
It truly was a gift to engage against them! Wish we had them back!
We are DMZ - maybe we’ll see you in another gun game with max melee penalty 🤣.
Amazing love letter to the game and community.
HAHAAHHA!! what a call back! We will be seeing each other a lot more!
Absolutely awesome video makes me love DMZ even more with a tear in my eye 💪💪❤️😎
Hahaha! I'm glad you enjoyed the video! Please go check out my other videos too! Hope you enjoy them!
Amazing video LuiGio!! Thank you for your dedication for this game game we all love! 💚
Thank you for watching it!! I really appreciate it!
Ever mission was like a movie
Every encounter felt so unique that it made me want to come back for one more raid!
@LuiGio35 m Favorit Story:
I was in Vondel and the Cursed House at the Market Center Had Claimed a Team. I swooped in rescued Them. Both German girls. And escorted Them to exfil. The whole time the VC gone crazy on their Part xD
That's hilarious!! Such a great story could've been there!! And there's many stories like that! Such a great game!
Awesome video! This mode helped me have fun and forget about the anxiety.
As all great games it helps to escape reality and relax with friends, it's helped me too! Glad you enjoyed this video!
Great video my man . I was playing it while loading into games an the randoms were inspired to play as a real team ✌️
I hope this helps lots of the player base become more approachable! See you in the DMZ!
I love you all! Th k you Luigio for such an amazing video!

Long live! We are DMZ!
A beautiful video for a beautiful game. Still play DMZ on a daily basis. Not much can compare to DMZ. The gameplays and interactions are something unike in this gamemode.
DMZ is really such a great experience! Truly nothing can compare!
I still play daily with my friends too - Great game and great community. Shout out to my crew - Geoff, Johnny and Slade amongst others.
Great vid. Long live DMZ.

Beautiful video
Thank you, I tried my best to make it as awesome as DMZ was.

The first vid I've seen from you, u earned a new sub🎉
Thank you! I truly appreciate you saying that!!
DMZ is something I have always been into! I am just hoping Omnimovement isnt in DMZ 2.0. Really wish the updates keep coming though.
Hopefully! We must work to show Activision that DMZ does have an audience and that there is profit!!
Man I wish DMZ was brought back in the new BO6 warzone update instead of Plunder even though Plunder is fun I miss DMZ.
Hopefully we will get a DMZ 2 soon!
So many great ideas! Hopefully they do bring it back and we can all enjoy the greatness of DMZ
😢 great video man.
Thanks man!! I appreciate that a lot!
Bro making me wanna cry over DMZ
That was the plan! Hope you enjoyed the video!
Such a great video!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
Epic video!
Thank you so much! I appreciate that!
please reupload the video with -50% background music i am adhd the song is too beautiful to not focus on it
Hahaha!! I will keep it in mind for future videos!! Thanks for the feedback!
@@LuiGio35 :))
