This a great video, veery well put together.
We have a 2021 Rockwood Signature RV. The under belly is completely closes off. Where would I find the drain valve for the fresh water tank?

Usually there is a sticker on the drivers side of the trailer that will roughly show the area where the valve is for draining the fresh water tank. On the enclosed underbelly there should be a valve that turns

I have a 2021 Rockwood mini lite 2205s. How do i access the back of the water heater to turn off hot and cold water valves and to open bypass valve. I understand all other aspects of winterizing, but do not know how to get to these valves. The manual i found on line says they are located at rear of hot water heater. Can you help or tell me where to look for this information.
