I believe the company's general liability insurance policy is available via their business license. I would inform the governing body of the city/county/state of the negligence displayed by this business(with video). Finally I would share this with their general liability company. Over 100 mph passing a semi on the right, this is the kind of video that makes insurance adjusters get out their red pen.
watch out for them taking out working parts from your car and replacing them with older worn out ones so you can come back in for "repairs." that guy eddie x who likes audi's also posted a "Audi North Miami Lied To Me and Cost Me Over $1000…." great video to watch and learn from. they tried to sell him a damaged audi rs7.
They won't pull that shit here in PA. 💯 FL is the most crooked state in the U.S. I believe. I lived there for 10 years, nothing but money problems there. Came back to PA and I'm doing much better. I came to the conclusion that if you don't have wealth going into FL, then don't go. The people are nasty too, and don't get me started on the drivers 😅. Its called "Gods waiting room" for a reason.
Driving the speed limit in a customer car should always be respected, but 100mph? Ridiculous. Most of these Audi techs are small trade school guys who have 2.0t Allroads… jus take the car to a true Audi Mastertech. In south Florida they have Plenty of real genuine Audi Techs who can do work for you cheaper and better.
Hey Phantom, not much of a story. An independent mechanic overfilled the oil, as indicated by the dash, he put a scavenger pump on it to remove the excess, and took too much out. I stopped by the Audi dealer on the way home while running the car at low RPMs and they told me it was 3 qts low. Needless to say I won’t be revisiting the indy. Usually, indy mechanics are the best!
Glad you asked. First, I sent them the video. They were so embarrassed, as they should be. They told me that their policy is to obey the speed limits and that this tech will be disciplined and not permitted to work on my car. Also, I get a free oil change valued at $350 at the dealership plus a free detailing.
You’re welcome. I actually went back for an oil change and the service advisor promised no one but he would drive the car into and out of the service bay. They comped the oil change as well. I am a happy customer.
Always put a sticker saying "you are being recorded" when taking it to the dealer for anything.
Good call my friend, I am going to definitely do that. Thank you!
@@sagerides3820 ya for sure they are on amazon btw

That’s a good idea so that the dealership will be forced to put procedures in place to train their employees better!

That’s such a shame. You can’t be too careful these days! Thanks for the heads up.

I agree on everything you say about FL. Originally from PA too, and it is a very different and much better vibe up North. Thank you for watching!

Totally agree. I go out of warranty next month, so plan to.
Tell the other story about being several quarts short. I'm thinking about buying a r8 and I'm trying to learn as much as I can.

Can you post all of the vid from dealership
Hey Wildbill Kennedy, I purposely didn’t post the whole video to protect the dealer. I didn’t want to sell them out.
My dream car hopefully i can get one in the near future
Go for it!!!

Pathetic post, you should be sued for defamation. Dealer did nothing wrong.
Stealing someone's car is called a crime you dimwit.
