@@princessbosah5372 Hi, you put the veggies in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes ( you want to kill any bacteria…) Then you take them out, using a fork and immediately put them in cold water ( refrigerated) to stop the cooking. ( I use bottled drinking water , that has no chlorine of course. As for eggshells you bake them in the oven for 15 minutes , let them cool off, then grind them in a coffee grinder ( I have one only for this purpose) Hope this helps.
