      Thx John..! It's a really good spot and the best thing is there is no human activity in this forest at all.. makes getting in hard as there are only animal tracks through the brush but definitely worth it. Hope you are well..! all the best to you..g

    Great images George, A few years ago I bought several Camtraption external battery holders that work with D cell size batteries to trigger the camera transmitter and the flash units. They usually last for months, both in hot or cold weather plus the batteries stay very secure in the holders.

      Thats been my experience too. The D-cell battery holders work just fine. In fact, it's just a little bit of a struggle to get the batteries in and out of the holders.
