Stress? What Stress? You basically dump your two kids on your pregnant sister in law each time and taking advantage of her generosity. Put when Sarah asked Karen to watch her kids, so she can give birth. And what did she do, making her suffer for asking something back and felt like it was a personal attack and felt it was right to take out on her niece. A little girl who couldn't defend herself. Yeah, she will not last long in prison.

What Karen did was reprehensible. She should’ve been given some jail time for that child abuse but I do have one big question what happened to the baby Karen who’s watching Lily because the OP went into labor and the baby is just disappeared.

What happened to Sarah's new baby? It was never spoken about again. Sarah was even in the park later with Lily and Michael, but no mention of the baby. Also even later the three of them were in their backyard, but the baby wasn't anywhere around! And why didn't Sarah call the police about what Karen did to Lily immediately? Are your laws about child abuse that different from ours? I suppose they may be if you aren in the USA. And unfortunately our laws are getting way to lax. I kinda think this story is fake.
