Thanks for the video. I have a MacBook Air M1 and a Dell 7680 win laptop that I want to connect to a single monitor. In that case what other cables are needed? A USB-C to DisplayPort cable as well? Could you please suggest?
Thanks for sharing. It's useful. 2 questions:- 1. How is Ur experience with tribit speaker? 2. I am trying to find a Keyboard and mouse combo with Bluetooth connectivity option (not 2.4 G dongle). Any suggestions? And also share details of your mouse

I have the same question. I have 1080p 240 hz monitor. Will this support more than 60 hz on a 1080p monitor. This information is very critical for those who have higher refresh rate monitors. Thanks 👍🏻
@@SushantaSantra I need to switch only USB peripherals and video not required. Can I use this KVM switch for this purpose? (In future I may need video switching also, so instead of buying USB switch, can I go for this?)
@@kbibinpadur if you want to only switch usb peripherals between two systems, yes it's possible as this is a switch just don't connect the HDMI cables.

Hey thanks for watching the video.
You can go for a usb-c to hdmi adapter or a type c docking station for your mac to connect with the kvm switch.

It says on the product information page that it supports upto 4k 30hz, does it support 60hz on lower resolutions?
For me it's working on 1080p@60hz with no issues, even checked with TH-cam 4k@60hz videos without any issues so far.
Can we use this same KVM switch only for USB Switch purpose between 2 computers (like sharing printers) and not for any HDMI switching?
yes it's possible as this is a switch just don't connect the HDMI cables.
How is this device currently working for you? Is it good still ? All the usb ports working as usual?
It's working fine from day one till present, no issues at all, using the device for at-least 12hrs each day.
Thank you I am purchasing it now.
Any idea whats the refresh rate supported over hdmi?
As I have only 1080p/60Hz monitor, I am getting 60Hz through the kvm device.

Thank you for watching the video, you may want to watch this next to know about the speaker: th-cam.com/video/qliXL7di2ag/w-d-xo.html

For your particular solution you can look for HDMI splitter instead of the switches.
@@SushantaSantra they are not availabe plus they produce latency.
Can I opt-out of connecting Type-C Power cable to KVM switch if my laptop is plugged in to AC?
Yes, you can !! The type-c power port on the kvm is for using the switch as a standalone USB hub when not connected to any PC or laptop.
Can we use one of the Laptop in "Project" mode- instead of mirroring using this KVM
Yes, I believe it can be used with any project mode with either laptop/system.
please share the hdmi output. what is max hz/fps support at 1080p.
it only says 4k/30. no info about 1080p
I am using an external monitor with 1080p @60hz , and it's running smoothly, not sure about the fps, no issues with editing videos either.

Will it support for one windows and other mac system.?
Yes, it will support both.
Is the USB A cables need to be connected?
yes, if you want to access any usb peripherals connected to the kvm switch. Otherwise for video signal only it's not required.

Doest it support 1080p @144hz ?
I only have 60Hz external monitor, which is working fine but not sure about 144Hz.
