That is correct. Most people see it by looking down. I think looking up views are a little better, but yeah both are awesome.

I realized that with the drone and hills looking up is better looking down looks flat

They both have great views but once you are down in the canyon I think the views looking up are a little better. Most people only get to see them looking down.
