I really like using mystic reflection with docent of perfection and a mass token maker spell. In my grixis deck, i think I used it on army of the damned to make an insane amount of Final Iterations and then an insane amount of really powerful flying wizards. Definitely some wacky stuff you can do with these cards. Great video and thanks for sharing! I'm always inspired to buy more fancy coated cardstock when I watch your videos
Turn to Frog, a man after my own heart. Its not the best option, but it always a fun one and generally doesn't make people mad and that is its real power. 👍

I think for the budget deck you should try curfew and especially retraced image maybe over like mindstone. It’s (RI) blue ramp and can get you a fishy boi trigger!

OK hear me out (*adjusts tinfoil hat*) Wizards continuously and unnecessarily reprints certain cards in order to use them as a marker to measure the impact on secondary market value. Right? I mean, Talrand is fine in fact I have a Talrand deck... but who asked for this? 12 reprints 🤔
I’m buying six draft packs and that’s all. Just gonna make a deck what what I pull. But after watching this, I really wanna build Talrand if I pull the dude.
@@bettercommander yeah but I was trying to make her work the same you did, using zombie tribal lords and such, and just found that way too much stuff that was better on the field would end up going to the graveyard, and I never really used her activated ability, so I've been looking for the "Esper Talrand" brew that generates bodies using her activated ability by exiling instants and sorceries that you've used to control the board, but that also ended up being pretty jank just feels like there's no way to play her to her full strength

Minn is a great card. I have used it in certain decks.

I think the only deck I'm using Talrand in is Chun-Li. It's all about spell slinging, so why not get some flyers along the way.
