What is the benefit of MRA over CT angio?

If there's a case of heavy calcified atherosclerotic plaques at tibial vessels... it will be difficulty to assess its lumen patency by CT angiography.
The solution is: MRA without contrast which detect blood flow through the narrowed arteries

طالما في احتياج طبي ضروري... ووظائف الكلى كويسة... تقدر تعيد الفحص اي وقت
في حالة عدم وجود احتياج طبي... نطول فترات المتابعه قدر المستطاع من ٣ الى ٦ شهور... كل ما تزيد كل ما يكون أأمن
