4WD has more torque, because its motion depends on the wheels being powered solely by the engine, where RR uses some momentum with it, so it goes faster, but has a hard time going up hills. (Probably)
4WD doesn't have more torque provided the engine is the same. The advantage of 4WD (and AWD by extension - as far as basic power delivery goes there's no difference) is the ability to put power to the ground a lot more reliably. The downside is a significant increase in static and rotational weight. 4WD is actually capable of faster acceleration as long as sufficient power is provided, although RWD can achieve higher top speeds relative to the amount of available power. Getting up a hill is entirely a matter of power to weight unless available traction is limited.

First Drivetrain was my favorites, FF, RR, and 4WD! I'll compare FF and 4WD drivetrain and one only one that is the best is the FF and I hope it will not crash again like before
I also forgot my favorite drivetrain, my favprite is MR but I have to try it the comparison of them! But the FR drivetrain isn't my favorite because I will explode a bunch of TNT so I choose MR.
