I've been watching some of your footage from Evo because I remember D1 mentioning you on Twitter. I'm glad he did. You're nothing short of spectacular.
It's all about exploiting his good sides. And he got plenty to move even higher i'd say. It's all about if people care to put together something even better with him than what we've had before. Even i have found 2-1 things that i have yet to see other yoshi players use. And therefore i have to rock on.
I don't know the specifics but due to the weird nature of Yoshi's shield sometimes he'll powershield any hit while shielding. Basically he just set it up and then held L or R.
I do understand where you might be coming from. Would you say I have more of a 'rough, epic-like' editing style with lots of flash, where Amsa's is gentle and soft and calming almost? I can most certainly adapt, I want to take a different approach with videos.
Yup! Plus his videos has a certain type of "happiness / funny" mood to them, a very subtle type, the choice of music and angles is def. a huge factor! lol

^that is actually VERY difficult..He's basically just balancing on the platform, using the left/right directions, timing well enough so it appears he's not going anywhere.. :)
I'm pretty sure it doesnt happen with all characters.. I do know with yoshi tho, it's the ONLY character you'll hear the multiple "clank" sounds.. if it does happen with other characters, there definetely isn't a distinct "clank" sound
