- This video details how to clean your air conditioning evaporator coils in the attic. I also show how to clean the drain lines that are used for the air conditioning evaporator coils system. The coil cleaner can be found online or possibly at your local home improvement center. Please like, share, comment or subscribe if you found this video helpful. Hi, i have a rheem handler its approx 6 ft long x 3 ' wide not sure what panel to take off... i am guessing its one of the 2 panels which are facing me as soon as i get up in attic ...these 2 grey metal panels are on one side that i see... ...then i see a third short white plastic like panel .., just not sure what comes off...thanks
Most likely one of the grey metal panels- you should see copper tubing going in/coming out of the side or bottom of the panel going to the evaporator coils. Good luck! - Mike

How do drain an E,V. coil that has oil in it.
If an evap coil has oil around it. It means you have a refrigerant leak
