- Emergency Alert System (EAS) scenario about SCP-3199 (Humans, Refuted) escaping the SCP Foundation's top-secret facility in Ireland. These creatures are typically hairless, stained with a thin slayer of an albumen-like excretion. SCP-3199 stands at an average height of 2.9 meters as an adult. Weighing around 780kg in a matured state, and 360kg for hatchlings. Currently, its average speed has been recorded to be as high as 25 kilometres per hour, or 15 miles per hour.

Like 2 years ago, my parents travelled to ireland with my friends parents and me including my friend, we had a hotel near this huge forest, and we decided to stay a couple of hours after it became dark with me and my friend. Then we were 1 km in the forest only to hear a scream, we travelled right out and went back to the hotel. Completely relevant lol

@@CatzRuleGaminglet's say the breach was a month long from February to March. What if you get amnestics that makes you forget everything that happened that month? Wouldn't you just go "hey this is weird, I don't remember anything from February to march" or would the amnestics create a false memory?
@@floseatyard8063 I don't think you're getting the point, what I'm saying is when they move in, do their job, and move out afterward without telling the public anything about their true purpose, they don't need to amnesticize anyone. A lot of people will eventually just later dismiss footage of SCP-3199 as something like Bigfoot.

Well it is not as anomalous or magical as some other scps like an monster that will kill you if you see a pic of it even if you are in space whereas this scp could just be a rogue Irish genetic engineer playing with genes and making a creature.
This is like, the first successful containment effort. Well done SCP.
Yeah, for once they actually did their jobs properly.
It helps that these things aren’t ninja-like bullet sponges. They’re just as soft as us humans, and vulnerable to physical damage.

That was what I disliked about some SCP EAS alert videos, "Hello citizen that didn't know we existed, we exist and we'd want you to not mess with our creatures please."
We actually got a happy ending for a change! I personally like the ones that end in disaster better since they're scarier but this was a nice change of pace. I love this series so much 👍

It feels like you’ve really taken the comments to heart. The pacing and flow of information is really good on this one! Also, I love how you approached how the SCP foundation deals with things like this. Show up, get the job done, leave the government in the dark. Very cool. Good job dude.
I like that the SCP foundation stays anonymous and does not immediately blows their cover unlike most other EAS scenarios.
Finally, a good ending to an EAS. I have an idea or two for videos. An EAS scenario where an SCP anomaly has appeared in Germany, and another where an SCP of your choice threatens public safety somewhere in Canada. Finally, another SCP EAS scenario taking place in Italy.

Great video as always man, idea: A tv station for example CNN or Fox News gets hijacked and the hackers show a picture of SCP 096’s face, then an EAS telling people they are gonna die if they saw the face plays. If you could do something like that it would be pretty cool in my opinion! But it’s just an idea

As an Irish person, in case you chose to use Ireland again, rather than using towns and villages, saying one or two of the counties that it appears in. Or, if it is across a larger area, refer to one of the four provinces. And if it is over a while and across all of Ireland, you could swap between the Republic of Ireland's style of EAS and the North's EAS since I believe they have a different one. Love the video though! Just found your channel yesterday, and already watched most of your videos! Can't wait for more!

I thank you alot for doing this in Ireland! I only recently found you through your video of which Russia invades Britain and didn't expect for you to do one on Ireland, but this was genuinely great.
If you, by a small chance, do anything in Ireland again. I do suggest maybe adding more stuff relating to Ireland, i.e. Saying which towns are safe or identifying which counties are in danger but this is still great.
SCP-3199 was found in Ireland. It only makes sense.

I’d like to commend the actual scenario you’ve set up here, it definitely seems plausible and the ‘cluelessness’ of the government seemed like they were actually giving out misinformation to hide the foundation.
Also, the foundation were very competent in the scenario, which I like seeing.

Great video! I’ve really loved your work so far. That said, I think this video over-explains the SCP in ways that make it less believable as an emergency public service announcement. The average person doesn’t need to know, for instance, what species the SCP’s DNA is derived from, that the eggs are resistant all the listed things, that a “mysterious armed force” attempted to eradicate it, etc. Some details are unnecessary (it would be sufficient to say “Do not under any circumstances attempt to destroy the eggs”), while some are unnecessarily revealing in a way that threatens the Foundation’s secrecy (like the part about the DNA - the creature’s supernatural nature should be hidden or disguised). Vague, unexplained details are often more horrifying than explicit detail. For instance, your video on the Aristocrats shines because of the vagueness of the warning. What are we arming ourselves against? Why are we avoiding German speakers? I think that reducing the level of detail in this video (less explicit description of the creature and it’s abilities, less detailed warning about the egg, appropriate but unexplained warnings about avoiding screams and wooded areas, drop the part about the Foundation capturing one entirely) would make it much more engaging. For instance, instead of listing its speed in km/h, say “Do not attempt to run. It is faster than you.” Instead of detailing how it’s neck is made from cartilage, say something about how it can see you from any direction without having to turn around. Instead of the bit about the eggs resisting physical damage, a warning that “if eggs are present, the creature is likely nearby. Exit the area immediately.” Leads the listener to imagine being in the position of someone who’s just stumbled on some strange eggs in the forest. Vague allusions to the acid as well. Anyway, small criticisms, but great work! I look forward to your next video.

This would be a bit different from your usual type of content but I would like to see a EAS scenario of a mass casuality incident which overwhelms all hospitals and the EAS would basically request anyone who can aid to go help the hospitals.
Never see much about SCPs in Ireland, which is wierd since how much of the history and mythology/folklore is Mysterious creatures here. Thanks man, from an Irish fan

Awesome your videos are fantastic! You should do an EAS about SCP 169 waking up there hasn't been many of those and the ones that were made weren't that good. Considering how terrifying the leviathan is it would be awesome seeing you do that but obviously it's up to you.

This EAS Scenario is interesting, because in almost every case of human extinction we the humans would mostly lose because of its impressive reproductive/mutiplying capabilities, the statue, the infinity cake, the zombie apocalypse, seeing as this is just a fast chicken type man, it was easy to contain since there werent alarming numbers, still, keep the quality up this is awesome and i already can't wait for the next one.
Good video, i reccomend to do SCP-001 "when the day breaks" next!
I think my problem here is that too much info is being given out so instead of an emergency this feels like an infographic show.

A small issue I have with this is that Ireland authorities would not know the SCP name or number unless they were alerted by the SCP foundation, while they appear to not know the existence of them, not even their name.
I don't know why the SCP Foundation's existence would be kept a secret.
The people of the SCP World must know there are "Supernatural Anomalies", and would probably be happy to know there are organizations to deal with them.
Besides, maybe the secret agents they talk about are not from the SCP Foundation.
They could be from the Global Occult Coalition, or someone else.

Yes, an EAS Scenario that isn't just "Shit is fucked, ya'll gonna die, the end" but actually goes into the details and tries to keep yoor hopes up and actually inform you, i'm so glad someone made this one.
