It used to annoy me so much as a kid that UAF timeouts would have no countdown or any red colouring of the animation or the omnitrix dial, cos I grew up with Classic. I always thought what's stopping Ben from just transforming again, seeing how the red recharge mode is seemingly absent after Classic
It's because the recalibrated one uses an Energy reserve instead of a strict time limit. I do wish that they kept the sound as a "energy low" warning, though.
If I remember correctly, during Season 1 and 2 of UAF, he never times out, he just chooses to transform back. The watch only times out after it is messed up from the 3 of them tampering with the watch (that and the Uktimatrix being an inferior copy)
I wish they kept it red after he timed out if it wasn't usable again. Think of pier pressure when he said the omnitrix powered down to recharge. Or in the gauntlet before he first used goop. A small change but it indicates if the omnitrix is usable or not to the audience.
I always saw some of those as mental commands to switch back to human, but I like your edit. In my writing, the Omnitrix never lost this alarm and red flash.
Cool, but I would use the sound of the UAF countdown, that was present in a couple several episodes. I also think that the reverse transformation effect from Alien Force is more visually pleasing, but I think it is more difficult to edit in red.
If I remember correctly, the recalibrated omnitrix had a timeout warning sound. I don't remember which episode, but it played when Ben was Jetray and was about to timeout. I have probably seen/heard it more than 1 time in Alien Force and Ultimate Alien. Also, we probably did not hear the timeout sound effect because Ben changed to his human form by himself.
@@drmarioprojectm1510 I don't think it would have recalibrated in the exact same way if Ben kept the Omnitrix on for those three years after Malware ripped him and Feedback apart when Ben was 11. Pretty sure the reason that the Omnitrix recalibrated in Alien Force was because Ben took it off after Feedback was destroyed and he hadn't used it in three years so between the ages of 12 to 14 before he was 15 in Alien Force Ben hadn't worn the Omnitrix for three years and because he hadn't used it in that length of time that's probably why it did recalibrate
@@drmarioprojectm1510 in the scenario that Ben doesn't lose Feedback meaning he either beats or doesn't encounter Malware and keeps the Omnitrix on for those three years he canonically had it off then it's possible it could have upgraded itself in another way. For example Ben Prime's Omnitrix could have ended up still having the scheme of the classic series watch but could have also looked like how it did for the first Ben 10,000 we see in the series where the Omnitrix isn't just covering his wrist but a portion of his arm as well
well since the uaf watches are using energy instead of time I believe when he actually times out he should have it, not when he goes to human form intentionally, since he now knows how to get out of alien form to human form
Remember when Ben was fighting the Staker (red big robot from Will Harang),when he was Big chill the ultimatrix beeped and he said l can't have much power left on the ultimatrix.I was that happened more and was a thing like classic's timming out.
Maybe the reason (and a lazy one) of why there is no time out sound its because most of the time ben could detransform at will, pressing the omnitrix to avoid consuming more time/power
But I think it wasn't time out, except for a few ones From what I've seen, it's because Ben got weak at certain moment, not because he ran outta time 🤔
Okay it didn't time out since he switched back by his own will most of the time so he didn't neeed it to recharge the only times it made sense was with diamond head twice and the humongasaur one by most of the time it was on his own and it did give a warning once whej he was cannonbolt when he was ensuring Gwen's safety

Shoot your shot king
thank you so much, it always killed me when 10 y/o Ben didn't have his classic timeout in his UA appearance
Well the Omnitrix was upgraded so at least it made sense why there wasn't a timeout
@TerranTororex he said 10 year old ben. The one with the prototype omnitrix which SHOULD have the timeout effect.
@@knightfallprotocol I didn't even notice that he didn't have it but yeah I agree

Ok who was going to tell me that humungosaur had pupils!!
I didn't know until now
That's interesting.
Animation error, really common on ben 10 shows including reboot
I was scared and confused of that…
I think humungosaur looks better with pupils
The classic time out is cool, but I love the recalibrated time out and reverse transformation
they used it as a transition in old days it was hard to do
@@neonnova-on1gp wdym?how that made it easy?
I love the transition that UAF did tho with the bubble effect, if it glowed red along with the classic sound it would be top tier

He only really timeout a handful of times tho so not really big deal

True i didn't notice that. They should have kept atleast for small ben originally in this episode
Thanks for noticing

@@Prithu1509 Also they should've kept this for aliens that used by 10/11 years old Ben in Omniverse flashbacks.
0:50 the time out effect fits perfectly with this
I always assumed he never timed out and he just transformed back of his own accord.
He did most of the time
Well there are times when he complains about it, so yeah it timed out

You should do it with the Omniverse time out sound effect and green blinking effect instead of red
When the omnitrix recalibrated it got rid of the time out warning I felt that was dumb because the times he timed out during a fight without warning
Time limits is ben biggest weakness though.
N only matter when he didn't have master control 😂

You can do the same thing but for ben 10 omniverse?

yeah I wanted UAF Omnitricies to have time out sound effect like Classic and Omniverse have
What if it had the Ben 10 Omniverse timeout sound?
I think it works without because Ben was always switching aliens faster than the original series. Or at least give it a different sound effect 🤷🏻♂️
Isn’t he just hitting the badge in the Spider monkey one? Purposely de-transforming rather than timing out
He didn't touch the symbol, It was one those times where he just detransforms with his mind.
What's next Omniverse?
i think it would've been neat to use the Nemetrix's timeout sound for the Ultimatrix, since its also a sort of "darker" Omnitrix
