The simple solution is to shift the airport to the east side of mumbai. As many skyscrapers are on south western part, it will be good both for builders and airport authority. Also bringing airport to eastern side will make airport and sea port close to each other and it will also help decongest the western express highway.
This is why consumers are facing lots of problem. There should be a very simple rule, once all the papers are clear from the authorities then only a project should be kick started and then only it should be allowed to sell to customers. Sometimes government changes and then new rules are introduced just to extort money is where our country is lagging behind. Authorities coming later once construction is mid-way is simply not good for anyone, not even for our countries economy.
BMC and powerful politician play big role is holding development for years, because they have to clear their old investment inventories and keep the price up for which they get good returns. If development runs on mass scale they know they will not get good returns, demand and supply rules...

The simple solution is to shift the airport to the east side of mumbai. As many skyscrapers are on south western part, it will be good both for builders and airport authority. Also bringing airport to eastern side will make airport and sea port close to each other and it will also help decongest the western express highway.
