To fix the debt crisis and sort who owes who what, enforce exclusive trade agreements, quality control, be sure that online retailers and market values have mandatory higher prices for convenience, while brick and morter retail shop prices lower due to the inconvenience of expenses traveling back and forth, supporting other local retailers along the way and other expenses that are required or may occur. The lease prices will have to be lower by enforcing fair profit margins on real estate development. Rooting back to what yields and trades from the land affecting all costs.
