I've been catfished a few times but I figured out in like a week though
People watch too many fictional love series and movies on Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc they create this fantasy in their minds which to loneliness then catfish jumps in on that vulnerability.
I catfish people. I'm not proud of it but it's quite easy when you supply someone with something they aren't getting in their life. I think most of these people on the show know they are possibly being catfished but they are clinging to the possibility that the person could also be real. I would also like to point out that many of the people who seen like catfish have actually turned out to be the person they claimed to be.

I totally understand Josh's situation. I was in a relationship with a guy for a year that was pretty much in his same situation. People in that situation are just looking for something stable and they're afraid to be in a relationship when they feel like they have nothing to bring to the table other than themselves. They feel ashamed when they don't have a stable job or living situation, but I don't feel like those two things should prevent someone from loving a person. It's putting in the effort towards attaining those things that truly counts in my mind.

As someone who has been in that situation, it is really difficult, especially if the other person has their stuff together there was a. that I didn’t have a car or my own place to stay and a girl who I was talking to that met me when I had all of those things I avoided actually doing with her for years until I had my own place in another vehicle, it was tough
I feel bad for Breana. Sweet young girl that is a little gullible and naive due to lack of experience. It’s clear that this is a young man that is dating around, and didn’t handle it the right way, or recognize that this young lady was totally in with him. That’s understandable. But no young woman should stick around for a decade for some dude that they’ve never even met, or reasonable expect the young man to be celibate when they live several hours away. Unrealistic expectations from a sweet and beautiful girl that didn’t know better (where are her sisters and girlfriends in this? You guys need to be the voice of reason. She’s wasted years of her life being single, thinking that some guy in his early 20s is totally celibate waiting on a girl that he’s never met. As I said, my heart breaks for her, this situation is totally obvious to experienced women, the ladies in her life need to give her better advice.

I don’t think that guy Danny was honest because before he talked to the catfish guy, he said he only look at her as a friend and if he had feelings for her, he would have chatted with her and met her in person. he’s trying to string her long again by keep misleading her into believing that there will be something in the future with them. In love relationships, you cannot force somebody to love you if they don’t have feeling for you.
I am thankful that I am strong enough to let go of that person who was with me during my darkest time. It was a struggle but I am now completely happy for him and for me. To that person, I always pray for your happiness and peace and that you're laughing without worries anymore.

We met in person and have linked up (not exactly LD, but hard to connect due to schedules - live about 1.5 hrs apart) and I prefer this to when I was always called when I’m busy then they catch an attitude 🙄😩
