This is a team sport and I've watched the team make mistakes here and there but the weight will always be on your QB. Though i think him being who he is he has more weight than any other QB we've had. In my honest opinion, this is probably the best constructive statement I've ever read or heard anyone else say about Lamar! I have personally been banging the table for years about how he could learn so much from Steve Young. I don't believe there's any other former great QB that could assist in his development better. A lot of the issues I see with Lamar is similar to what Steve experienced throughout his development towards who he became.
