I can eat my weight in spaghetti! It's my favorite meal ever. A tip that I've learned over the years. Don't add oil to the water of your pasta, just stir it occasionally. The oil in the water of your pasta, keeps the sauce from sticking to your noodles.
I kid you not, Ms. Lidia the best Italian cook in the world taught me that ftom one of her shows. She said it was not needed, plus the meat sauce sticks better to the Pasta without the oil.
@@ladyindaroom it absolutely does. Same thing with Mac and cheese. Just stir your pasta occasionally and don't drop it into cold water. Any pasta that you want sauce to stick to, and I can't think of any that you wouldn't lol.

Yummm. Nothing like some leftover spaghetti! Sometimes I’ll throw a little cream cheese in it when I reheat it over the stove to give it some new life and creaminess. You eating a lunch of spaghetti at Mama’s was the first video I watched of yours, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
As always you’re eating something delicious 😋 and your conversation with the audience is on point! It’s so true, we have to sometimes sit in silence and appreciate it too. It’s when we have the most peace and our thoughts are clearer too. I try to take a break from social media, TV, my phone, and just meditate. A beautiful feeling and it helps relieve stress! Peace and LOVE I will try the Ragu Spicy Sausage next time I make spaghetti. I always mix Prego Italian Sausage & Bertolli Five Cheese with garlic, onions, green peppers & Pepperoni. I’ve experimented with two different sauces over the years & these two taste really good together. I took a big pot to a holiday event in Seattle last year & everyone loved it!

I’ve never had pickled beets before. I don’t know why my brain keeps telling me pickled beets are going to taste like cranberry sauce when I know it’s not , you make them look good🤣.
