I feel very satisfied emptying/finishing a product. I just need to work on buying one replacement at a time.
I also feel, as a European living in the US, bottles tend to be huge or are just being sold in packs and that hinders intentional and less-wasteful buying.
Love the whole JVN brand-the Air Dry cream is my holy grail!!
Where I'm at (a different continent all together) there's an easier way of getting rid of nail polish than hazardous waste, maybe yous can find out if this is possible in your area as well. So here nailpolish is hazardous waste only in it's liquid form. If you pour it out on a piece of paper/plastic and let it dry, it's good for mixed household waste. Also should let whatever remains inside the bottle to dry out before taking it to glass collection.
I agree cerave is so much nicer than cetaphil face wash. I can’t wait to finish the cetaphil so I can replace with my true and trusted cerave
might be late but hard pan can be removed with some tape!

@shawnaripari no. I screwed up and had to start over on April 5th. Now I go from april 5th 2024 to april 5th 2025. I'm trying to not beat myself up too badly
I am in charge of recycling small amounts of hazardous waste at work. Like stuff that is acute toxic or skin irritating and so on - and I had to look up how to recycle nail polish in our country. I didn't know. Thanks for sharing the knowledge. 👍
Makeup just for fun has a TH-cam video on how to revive Supershock shadows. I haven’t had to yet, but her collection is huge and she manages to swatch her super old ones so I assume it works!

ohh are you wearing a province of canada sweater? I've been wanting to try them for a while! How do you find the quality?
yes! I love mine so much. I got the colour block one so the blue and green colours are a felt material. This material, even when brand new, often looks worn. So those colours already had a bit of a worn look which I did expect. It's pretty thick and heavy, which is awesome. They do suggest specialty washing their items to preserve their life and the washing instructions are available on their website! I washed mine on a gentle cycle (cold) in the washer and laid flat to dry and it was fine. If you want any photos or anything hit me up on IG and I can provide!

I too prefer Cerave to Cetaphil. It’s not exciting but I’ve found that Cerave works for me, so no need to “try to try” anything else 😊
I am with you! Cerave is constantly out of stock online and instore by me! So I've been having trouble getting my hands on it. I think next time I see it on sale I'm just going to buy it. I am so sad not to have it
The JVN brand was auctioned off and bought by a different company recently. It doesn’t seem like they’re going to shutter the brand, but changes may be coming (maybe they’ll do a sale on stuff they’re going to phase out or rebrand? 🤷🏻♀️)
