2 Large Bananas
2 Cups of Mixed Berries
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
1 Cup of Unsweetened Whole Milk Greek Yoghurt
So easy and delicious! I’m going to use tropical fruits and coconut milk.

Such a great idea to add in the yoghurt whilst putting in the fruit! I always wondered if this can be prepared ahead and placed in the freezer? I'm afraid it hardens up too much?! Or perhaps getting it out earlier ? I've never done it so im cautious! Thanks and well done for the idea 👌
Hi Sharleen. You can definitely store this in the freezer. I’ve done it a lot of times with no issues whatsoever. Only be sure to store on an airtight container.
