Ashes 2063 and especially Ashes Afterglow are _incredible_. It is hard to believe these are free. They could easily qualify as full price games. And oh man, their soundtracks are absolute masterpieces.

Not really a total conversion mod, but at least based on the Doom engine, Selaco looks and plays like a dream. Apart from that, both Ashes titles and Aliens Eradication are really stunning. Solid recommendations overall, thank you. I will check out Blade of Agony for sure.
I would recommend "ABYSM" for those medieval fantasy fans out there... It has 4 campaigns

There is Sonic Robo Blast 2. its downright insane how someone managed to turn Doom into a 3D platformer.
Discovering your videos late, but I'll just say: I'm currently playing Blade of Agony, and it's insane. It's just as good as some commercial releases like Prodeus, and it might be comparable to Return and New Order as far as Wolfenstein is concerned. Insane quality and incredible amount of contents.

Total chaos is something i never expected doom to look like. Looking like another game aside that is one good horror experience
There are alot of great TC: Hedon, Inquisitor series, Splatterhouse, Abysm series. Also single big horror theme map City of the Damned.

Solace Dreams was a pretty good TC.
Difficult AF because it's a Souls Like, but even if you just use God mode and cheat your way through it it's worth the look.

Talking about total conversion mods. I have played some. For example Doom Splatterhouse mod, Batman mod, Brutal Doom 64, Brutal Wolfenstein and some others that i already forgot.

My favorite Doom mod is La Tailor Girl, hands down. It's just so damn creative, and you get tons of playstyles in a single mod with all the different outfits.

I started my channel playing blood like a sociopath, gonna have to do bloom on the channel now.
Is there a list of the mapsets (and single maps if so) on display here ? Well I guess my question is mostly about LitDoom as most others I know and I know most of them (besides Atom X and Star Wars) do come with their own specific mapset. But LitDoom looked like it showed some neat levels. One of them I think I may have maybe played, not the others I believe.
litdoom is a gameplay overhaul which turns doom into more survival type of game and comes with its own modified monsters

Surprised you didn't mention Action Doom 2 or Rise of the Wool Ball. They are great standalone total converisons, give them a shot if you haven't!
that is the main reason why I didn't include those mods because they are their own entity and a standalone mod I want them to be remembered as their own standalone mod not a returnal gameplay replication mod also I'd stick with open mods so players can mix and match mods base on their preferences if I used action doom for example they will be lock down on a specific mod experience I want to showcase mods that let player tweak the game to their own unique style of gameplay that's why i chose a non total conversion mod for the freedom they provide 😆👍

you should see project brutality, is similiar to brutal doom but with more thing: he make the game like doom eternal adding glory kill and everytime you do they give you some ammo, healt and armor
everyone knows about brutal doom and project brutality so I'm trying to make a video for people to discover some mods they may not know and explore the amazing doom mod community

Adjust brightness contrast and gamma to your preferrence
Would add Hideous Destruction first since it's more harder the LitDoom and it's for those, who want arma-like gameplay. Then there is Touhou doom(it's partially total conversion since you can use normal doom weapons or custom one). There is also Brutal Wolfenstein(new maps for final chapters just came out).

I've been trying Litdoom and the only problem is that it's not designed for maps with high enemy counts. It's hard to find a good map packs for Doom that doesn't have lots of monsters. I've been collecting tons of vanilla doom map packs to use with brutal doom. But I love the guns animations and other stuff LitDoom has. I was looking for a "Stalker Doom" or "Tarkov Doom".

Litdoom is so good but is it a totalconversion ?
I did think about it for quit sometime but considering all the in game mechanics that are vastly different from the original and it comes with its custom bestiary, I considered it as a conversion without a custom map so there is my reasons 😅
Your recommendation are some of the things i usually go to when searching for other doom mods
