This version of Isaac makes you eat anything without thinking about it twice. The first version, the flash one, I remember looking at items and watching what happened when I consumed them, like "🤨🤨🤨🤨"

The bone not changing is irrelevant 2. *_Most_* Isaac mods fit the artstyle, so I really have no idea what you mean by "every Isaac mod ever". Where are you getting your mods where the graphics of the new items/characters/enemies don't fit the traditional artstyle of the game?
Let's elaborate on this comment a bit I think this mod fits the game's style very well. The sprites are clean, the items are still recognisable and they've done a good job with the shading. I think what you may have meant was it doesn't fit the game's theme, which is only true in part. The theme of the food items in Isaac is that his mother abuses him by giving him spoiled food or pet products. However, there are food items in the game that are not rotten, Sausage and Meat! for example. What you need to remember is that mods are optional at the end of the day. After your 1001st run picking up Breakfast, a little visual change could be welcome for some players, or maybe they just feel sorry for Isaac and want him to eat something that isn't mouldy. Basically it means variety for players, which is never a 'bad' thing. I think calling them 'Improved' food is the issue here. The edibility of the food is improved for sure but in my opinion the sprites are fine either way. It's up to the player to decide what the best version of TboI is. Thanks for coming to my TedTalk :)
