    From my 5 yrs of BA experience and 10 years of CRM experience, what I can say is this video you explained good guidelines for writing correct user stories and also the BDD format in such a lucid way. We found the BDD format very hard to explain to our Product owners but here it seems so easy. Very useful video.

    Use Cases are a component of UML and introduced with the Rational Unified Process (RUP). RUP is not Waterfall; it is an incremental in iterative development process framework.

    Logically in case study point 5. Should be point 4 and vice versa. First display the available time slots and if select any of them then point 4. A confirmation message will be send.

    • @wernianthoni8525
      @wernianthoni8525 ปีที่แล้ว

      Perfect. Then you should make a follow-up video to figure out the 1-to-many relationship of an agile use case as an analysis context to the user stories. From my perspective, you missed that point in this video because you outlined the use case way to small in order to have something to compare on user story level.

    Thanks for this video, it really put a lot into prospective for me!
    A quick question though just to buttress my understanding.
    So like you have 4 requirements example up there in the video, is that how we will write user story for each requirement? Also could these 4 requirements be completed in one sprint?

    • @ThePrefectBA
      @ThePrefectBA  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks for taking the time to comment.
      for your question , yes each of the 4 requirement would be logged as user stories.
      Whether it can be completed in one sprint or not is a IT team's call based on their estimates . If it is not completed in a single sprint the other stories will be picked up as part of the next sprint
