Fasha belongs on S tear she had so much potential. I think it was just a waste that definitely would have been interesting to see. Seeing Fasha being a part of the Z Warriors, she's like a female Vegeta in a way, a true sayain Warrior. She has a lot of pride, and she loves to fight. I wonder who she would have ended up with. And another character I felt should be a top of c-tier maybe B but I think that'd be pushing it is Piccolo's driving instructor when Goku and himself went to go get a driver's license. She showed a lot of spunk and she was very Fearless and intense when Piccolo was driving like a maniac. She actually took over and was speeding she enjoyed it I think that alone showed that she has no fear. So I think she can be in the top of C tier obviously no one knows enough about her.
Hopefully, we can have a part 2 cause vegeta and goku, arguing over what place should each girl should get, especially when it is placed above chi chi.
