This is a type of buses you can see in Cuba. They call it camel buses, it's pretty obvious why! They are massive, noisy and very polluting. As you can see, they are not very comfy either

Illegal this and illegal that is what makes US not free! So, even though this looks "unsafe" and uncomfortable...probably really stinky it looks like freedom. Average hospital similar to 3rd world shithole by sanitary provisions. Of course it is way cheaper, but nothing compared to even Canada and Mexico.
