For some reason your sound feels chocked have you used any post production? also i suggest next time to test all recording options and have something to type on in front of you so we can tell how much noise it picks up from the bidirection.

Yes as far as I know, it works with Smartphones

You need to keep the condenser mic close to your mouth and speak directly into it. You can decrease the gain value, so it only focuses on the voices coming from nearby!

Does the gain knob button rotate without limits bro for increasing and decreasing or it reaches a limit of rotation when it goes for the maximum gain or the minimum gain?

Can it be used with a mobile phone? What if I don't have a computer to connect to and wish to record with phone?

It works if you use AUX cable to connect DSLR Camera and Microphone, it still needs to connect with the laptop through USB Port for drivers/power.
Not sure if it works this way with the mobile phone. I’ll see if it works!
