I got a full ghillie setup this week on official along with ghillie wrap. I obtained an SVD, two mags, normalized suppressor pso1 and NV scope for it. I had a blast camping outside of the largest base on the server picking them off at undetected. I would log in for 5 minutes, kill whoever was guarding the base then log out lol. Over and over again for the last 2 weeks. They never knew where I was. Eventually they just packed up and left 😂
i only ever got this thing once on official servers and it was amazing I've never had such a easy time dealing with dirty little thief's than i have with this thing
My fav gun is not m4 its akm for the sniper rifle its Gotta be svd its amazing for a more lets say common opttion its Gotta be m 70 tundra sks and maybe mp5
VSD + SKS have the best iron sights imo

Ghillie wraps are only at Heli spawns, but can be made
Hence why I classify it as general. It’s not like people go out and seek them anyways, one of the most useless items in the game 😅

Absolutely lost it when I found one of these at a helicopter crash the other day. Knew they were rare but forgot how they were extremely rare.
I thought you can only get the from contanimed gas zones

I've never used a VSD to take down a bear because of its 10-round mag. Any ideas on how many shots it takes using this rifle?

I could swear wiki said it can be found in northern abandoned military convoy at some point. guess it was changed to spawn only in gas zones
On that Walpurgis event you could find the VSD on Military Convois or Heli Crash
