Best Western i-City Shah Alam, Queen Bedroom

Located exactly inside the famous I-City area, Best Western boasts an 18-floor hotel. There are plenty of parking spaces, and free for hotel guests (ticket validation needed upon check-out.
The lobby is small however plenty of waiting bench and chairs are provided. Decor can definitely be updated but not too bad. Check in is easy, and three lifts are available for guests.
The room (queen bedroom) is a standard room category. Size wise is acceptable (around 19m2). The mattress is firm type, and the pillows are soft (can be too soft to my liking). The duvet is slightly thinner but still acceptable for a 3.5 or 4 star hotel.
The amenities are superb and complete! They do have a minibar, electric kettle, cups, glasses, tea and coffee, alarm clock, wifi, tv, full toiletries set, indoor slippers, safe, and notepad.
Shower- I LOVE THE WATER PRESSURE! The best of the best. Not to forget, a hairdryer is also provided in the bathroom. As for the iron and board, it’s per request and it’ll be sent to the room.
Best Western I-City Shah Alam is definitely a nice and comfortable place to stay. Great experience, and will definitely come back!
