Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Thought Devil rooms can be pog too. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. Need me some Lavencas Luck. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Anyways, GG's

All the ipecac shot that get fired randomly, you get the pencil , I think that why
Fun fact: Ipecac and Fetus should give you explo immunity. By some reason knife ruined it
I was thinking that too but I’m pretty sure dr fetus only reduces explosion damage receive from bombs so that’s why the knife still hurt
@@heronb.520ipecac dr fetus naturally gives full immunity. The synergy between knife and dr fetus didn’t appear to be working right, so when ipecac came in, it was just ipecac knife, which ruined it

@@heronb.520 I just wanted to clarify that dr fetus ipecac does not reduce self bomb damage, it negates it outright. But I get what you were saying

I thought the ipecac + dr. fetus will cause mom's knife explosions not to hurt isaac, as ipecac and dr fetus synergy makes isaac inmune to dr fetus explosions, however, as isaac don't shoot bombs it does not apply :\

I think mom's knife should show up 4x with quad shot even when not shooting. I hate mom's knife most of the synergies are bleh at best and godawful at best. Then theres mom's knife c section, but that's because c section synergizes well with fucking everything.
