I have discovered that Adams was the NPC in charge of bringing you to the fishing hole in an update in Korean Elsword wherein you can fish. As far as I'm aware, that was his big moment. After the update was done, he resumed his moping in the background.

I miss the good times in this game. It seems that take so much out of the game every time I check with it... There's literally only one dungeon per town now. What a bore! I wish this game was back in it's glory days.
What are you talking about? The dungeons are normal, probably you created a new character in a jump event (which are events that makes progression really fast). Just play in the EU server and you will have your good times.

He's only seen in the "Saving Ruins From Ruin" quest wherein you must find five Relic Fragments from Thief Phorus on Hard difficulty or harder. From the looks of him and the fact that he's so passionate about the ruins he's probably an archeologist or something. Beyond that, he's never seen again. Seems odd that they would have a throwaway character like that.
