@J M Audio has diminishing returns, custom built keyboards are used more and are a MAJOR difference from even other high end prebuilts. I would recommend a tofu 60% from kbdfans as a starter board.

I just realized itd be funny if u had one hand used to hitting a key on the other side. Kb is split and u go for the key and just hit table.
I used to type the same way. Been getting decent at touch typing, still need more speed and acc, but its quite satisfying

If you're wanting to review other split keyboards, I highly recommend Kinesis Gaming keyboards. I type for >10 hours a day + a few gaming, and I haven't found any keyboard that comes close. Mechanical switches. Can split to any angle to however my wrists line up. Can tent the keyboards so that it perfectly aligns to my hands.
And if folks need RGB they have that too :)

I'll be getting my in the June production run. So excited to see your vid and hear that you like and approve. A few things though. The Dygma blog states they are developing a leg/raise that will fit current models and be available for purchase, so buying now it still a good thing. You also mention this is on the expensive side. In my research, this is either on par, or slightly less than other popular ergo split keyboards. And at the time of my pre-order, there was a discount. And, important to me as an armchair gamer, each side of the Raise is independent of the other because of how the Neuron is designed, unlike certain other major ergo split keyboards. The Raise also ships with sample switches and "other" goodies not defined. Yep, saying it again, excited!

You saying that you only use 2 fingers on the right side also brings up some remarks about the QWERTY layout.
Your left hand covers ASDF+G while your right hand only covers H+JKL. This is something I never understood. I'm from Belgium and here we use the Belgian AZERTY layout and we have QSDF+G and H+JKLM. It has the M under the little finger. It is just weird why on QWERTY the don't place a letter on all the resting spots for your right hand (in this case the little finger). Let's be real, the letter M is more commonly used than a colon or a semicolon... (But also A, Z, Q and W are on a different spot compared to QWERTY so yeah...)
I never understood different layouts for the same alphabet. Ok, we sometimes need letters like é, è, à, ... but that is no reason to move A, Z, Q, W and M... (How is it in Canada?)
(I want to switch to QWERTY because still some games or mods or whatever don't think about other layouts. Apparently QWERTY is also better for programming... But it will take time to get used to and this is what (for now) is stopping me from switching.)

Hey Dmitry, I'm Dmitri and I have a quick question for you kind of unrelated to the video but past ones that I've been watching for gaming headphones, and I'm kind of split between the Sennheiser PC37X and SteelSeries Arctis Pro w/GameDAC. The dilemma I'm having is between the Sennheiser's audio performance in comparison to the Arctis but I don't know the audio profile because I like a little extra bass or power behind the sound because I fly a LOT of DCS World Military Flight Sim and occasionally play EFT along with some other games, I like the microphone quality of both of them but when I was watching your review on the Arctis Pro with GameDAC I had a hard time understanding your performance analysis on both headphones, in making a decision on buying either pair, you have me sold on both of them but, I don't know what to buy to meet my liking. Which would you purchase if it was your money/decision given the parameters?

Interesting idea except we actually use our left hand to type more than our right hand. At least from a study I read, maybe just for right handers. I can type 130wpm+ and I know my left hand does more, so splitting this up (like those old ergo keyboards) would feel awful for me at least. I also am on photoshop a lot, or just any program that requires my right hand to be on the house, and so splitting the keyboard wouldn't make sense for my left hand to get more of the keys.
I guess you don't have to split the keyboard but then there's no reason for it. Also where is the 10 key? Is this a lost art? Learning to do 10 key is great and you don't need to be an accountant to make use of it. You run your own business you need to have numbers inputted like in your accounting software... I code and if there's ever numbers needed I can reach the 10 key from my mouse without breaking stride. It's so good to know and to be able to do fast. I learned in high school when I could already type fast and it was like going back to square 1 it felt really awkward. But once I got the hang of it, it's been great using daily

I'm not sure why you're not already as big as LTT or Bitwit. You're one of my favourite youtube channels and you don't trade production quality for posting rate and I appreciate the almost daily posts.
