- On our first day of work, we filled out some paperwork and had someone show us where the bathroom was. On Rebecca Ferguson’s first day of work at her latest job, she rappelled 100 feet from the roof of the Vienna Opera House with her legs wrapped around Tom Cruise. The Swedish actress plays British undercover agent Ilsa Faust in Mission Impossible:Rogue Nation. We met up with the star to find out what is was like to work on the set and how she survived all that firearm and martial arts training.

Rebecca Ferguson is not just another "Bond girl", but a star material on her own. She really has everything needed to make a great actress, including intelligence. The last two films of this franchise could never have been that successful without her.

Yes indeed. She's got that down to earth, no bs, plain speaking Swedish manner and killer Swedish looks but its injected with that British playfulness/charisma. He's one lucky sob whoever he is!
I always look at Swedish people with a British accent like bookworms not that i have anything against Rebecca Ferguson but because in Sweden at least when i was a kid back in the 90's British English was what they taught you in school. Some teachers actually gave you a lower score on your tests if you spelled the word Colour leaving out the U for example like they do in the U.S. I don't think they are that picky nowadays.

And as pointed out, her mum is English so it kind of make sense that she would speak with an English accent and have some of that English mannerism going. Rebecca has elevated my viewing experience of the MI movies, she brings it 100% and her chemistry with Cruise seems so real!... And she's easy on the eyes!

I second what Rebecca said about Tom Cruise. I acted a scene with him in Cocktail and he was kind, gracious, professional and very generous to me as a young no name actor. (Still unknown and 58 now). Tom disarms you with his charm and makes you feel like you are the only person in the room while he's speaking with you. World class.
She's a very talented actress. Not just beautiful, she knows how to command attention, make a difficult scene work and engage the audience in her character. I hope she has a long and prosperous career.

I saw this movie half way through the Appalachian Trail when I stopped in a small town for a resupply. After four months on the trail it was quite a treat and remains a favorite of mine.
