The interior is one of my favorites. The wood blends nicely with the white walls and dark cabinets. I could see sitting on that porch enjoying the beautiful scenery.
This layout is incredibly simple. Nothing about this one seems overly complicated which probably contributes to the serene and spacious feeling the small volume offers.
Levi, I have stayed at that location several times and it does not disappoint whatsoever! The bed is one of the nicest beds I’ve ever slept in, the rainfall shower, and the living area is amazing! The views to Oklahoma are 🤩 the hosts are absolutely wonderful as well!
It's missing closet/storage space for full time living, but you could use this design, make it 2-3 feet longer on the TV end and add a matching 2 piece closet to the cabinet for hanging clothes on top and a dresser on the bottom. I really like this design!

Just lovely and seems to have everything...Except a larger table and extra seating for an eating area. Something like that would be good on deck outside too and maybe a canopy or something in the spot to provide shade outdoors to eat and relax in sunny Texas 👍👍🌲🌈💕
That is perhaps the best layout I have ever seen. They did an awesome job. I would use the loft for storage. A sofa bed could be added for another couple. It's just missing a covered patio with a hot tub. :) Denison is a neat lil town that is only a 20min drive to Choctaw Casino....if you are a gambler.

The is zero reason for me to rent or pay a ridiculous mortgage when I can build something like this I think it’s time for me to get something like this built
My Fifthwheel is the same as this house on wheels and a heck of a lot more less expensive and alot bigger with 4 slide outs. Our has a washer dryer, a 4 burner stove, fridge, even a deep freezer and two huge screen Tvs, two oversized recliners, a huge basement, storage galore ect. I dont get whats so great about a "tiny house" when an RV is the same thing. ??
Business wise, more folks are likely to book a tiny home over an RV. Also tiny homes are more suitable for those not wanting to tour around much, even the ones on wheels (mostly to get around zoning). No weight restrictions on the furnishings, appliances, quality of windows/doors/sink/toilet/shower/bed. If you go with a normal house contractor and not a “tiny home specialist” who upcharges everything you can easily get this done for under 35k.

This tiny house has one of the best layouts I have ever seen. It's spacious, bright and airy, and has all the things you need in a comfortable house.
I love this house, has everything except for a closet . Doesn’t have storage for clothes and things like that . Otherwise it’s perfect.

This seems to be a 10-foot wide tiny. I don't see how else they can fit a regular King bed and a 3-foot wide bathroom unless it's a 10-footer

Looks decent but a lot of wasted space. It doesn't make sense to have a full size kitchen in a "tiny house". A big TV is not necessary either.
