I did a build out very similar to yours. I was going to post photos but I guess you can’t in comments? The main difference was that I bought 2 units of 3 tiered shelves at bed bath and beyond with coupon and build them in. Worked out well. Largely based on your video. Thanks again.
What size was you closet, overall? Width mainly.
