I probably got a total of 12 Royal flushes back in the 90s when I was a degenerate gambler. Jackpot Junction, Morton Minnesota. 10 of them on $.25 & 2 on $1.00 machines. My best night was on $1.00 deuces wild. 4 different machine. Got 4 deuces for $1000 5 times that night & cashed out $500 + several times as well. I figure I had around $7000 stuffed in my pockets when I left. I definitely watched my back on the way out :) Love the good old IGT video poker machines.
I always like to video my "four to a royals" like you do. I feel your pain when it doesn't hit!! It really gets the adrenaline up on the nice draw and then ... nothing. Nice vids!
2:51 The Machine decided to be specially cruel here...keeping the 8 and tossing A would have been a Strait Flush. But none of us would ever do that of course.
I've had 2 Royal flushes in my short career. 1st October 2020 & January of 2021. 1st I had to draw A & 2nd I to had K Q. I'm in upstate NY so I believe machines are VLT'S & not RNG. What type was yours?
It will come! Especially when you least expect it. We've gone a year without hitting one with playing millions of hands and then hit two in a two day time period. Silly game but that's why we love it. Thanks so much for watching and subscribing.
We play multi lines every now and then but the single lines works best for us. We like to play higher denom so if the cards aren't coming on multi line it can really add up quickly. Thanks so much for watching and subscribing.
There is no way you can get 4 to royal every 5 minutes consistently. It happens every 2764 hands. You may not see it on some day even you play 10 hours.
Dealt royal is not getting any close at all. It’s not due. It happens about every 240 times when you see a dealt 4 to royal which happens every 2764 hands. And I don’t know why would you play the worse pay schedules like 8/5 or the one without the dealt royal, since 8/6 with deal royal clearly pays better than the other 2 pay schedules.
@@tupac2672 True, based on statistics and real world. However, these machines are programmed to behave differently. They tease you with near misses. They are not ripping you off, they still payout a legal and competitive payout overall.
@@kevinpyne5808 that’s very illegal. They can’t design video poker machines to hit at certain times and miss others. That’s why the casino has these at 99-100% return rate. They rely on players who don’t know what they are doing to make mistakes like what you are thinking. It’s is strictly odds based gameplay. Everyone talks about and remembers better when they hit royals when they are 3-4 cards away so they seem more common. Also how many times are you dealt 4 to a royal. Now how many times are you dealt at least one 10 or better. You draw from one card hundreds and hundreds of times more often than 4 to a royal. Doesn’t mean the 4 to a royal isn’t the best odds.
@@yeti1315 I didn't say anything was illegal. I am just expressing my opinion. I have playing video poker in Atlantic City for 30 years. Nobody will ever convince me these machines are totally random. I have been dealt the worthless 4 card natural royal flush twice in a row, another time 3 out of 6 hands. I have also been dealt the natural royal flush maybe 10-12 times in 30 years. The odds of being dealt a royal flush is 629,000 to 1. They throw you a bone every so often, since they only pay you 4000 to 1. I am sure it all legals out to the 98-99%.
You were being punished for your annoying commentary. "I just need the ." maybe you should lower your needs. Note that the only times you hit it were the times you didn't whine for a specific card.

Were those the ones that played the exciting double up music. Miss them
RF draws 1/47K times. Dealt RF 1/650K times. This is a wonderful video that takes a lot of effort to produce. Thanks.
I've had more Royals holding just one card than I have when I've got 4 to the Royal. Go figure. Great video!
Thanks a lot!! Lots of good chances. It's funny how it works. Thanks for watching and subscribing!
Well how many have you had? Cause I can’t get one for the life of me
@@CraigOgamus A couple of dozen or so over many years. Two so far this year. One at 20 cents for $800 and one at $1 for $4k.
Same. It's easiest just to get it dealt.
@@VisualizeHealinghow did you do it. Hold One card and got royal flushes

Wow you got a Royal Flush from holding 1 queen ! Awesome ❤😂
Bro held one queen and got a royal luckiest man alive'

Here comes the call the attendant jingle 🤣
how did you get sooo many royal draws?????
What is dealt royal? First attempt to get an ace, ten, king, Jack, and queen in the same suit?
Yeah, but did you hear that in the video?
I've never had a Royal and I play this game a LOT so maybe before I die I'll get one, but not holding my breath

Any thoughts on playing multi line vs. Single line?

Man, that was grueling!
My record is 16 4 to a royals in a 2 hour session. Bloody hell!
I do play a lot of VP. It seems I get 4 to the royal every five minutes. It is so sad not landing one more often.

Seems like the trick is to hold 3 cards instead of 4 😂

Caught a couple.

NEVER ever ever play a video poker "jacks or better" game that only gives you 1:1 for 2 pair. You'll lose your money pretty fast on those.
Royals hit more often when you draw two or more cards as opposed to needing one single card. These games are designed to behave like this.
Wrong, drawing one card to a royal is 47 to 1 odds, drawing 2 to a royal is 2162 to 1 odds.
I agree they do seem to hit more when your drawing more cards. But obviously the odds are in your favor when you only need one!
