Sadly, Livingston Football Club have been relegated from the Scottish Premiership. I was there to watch their final game v Hibs. #football #soccer #scotland
Hard to say with the budget and crowds they have. On a more positive note. The away fans going there will have a decent shopping experience at the designer outlet if their team gets thrashed by the lions
I'm French, I love Scottish football, following a few trips to your country. I don't have a favorite club in Scotland, so I have an affection for the little ones. I like Livingston, I like this club which does not give up despite the mockery of other supporters towards the club. I hope I can come again on vacation in Scotland in September and take the opportunity to go see Livi in the Championship Long live Livi from an Olympique de Marseille supporter 🇫🇷🏴
Recently discovered your channel while sat at home recovering from a serious medical emergency that happened to me, 2 yrs ago. Your videos are fascinating and superb! Keep up the great work. All the best from Wayne in Stoke( yes I'm a Stoke city fan) 👍
Greetings from Sydney. Mate, there is nothing wrong with being a Stoke City fan: I am, my kids are, my parents are, my grandparents and great-grandparents were fans even if some played for Port Vale!
@@Mike-br8zt G'Day! Yeah I've got family that follow both. My eldest daughter middle name is Victoria after Victoria ground. Home sweet home. I still miss that place, some 27 yrs since we left for the Bet365 👍
Cheers for a great Season-long coverage of all thing Scottish Football-related, Sam! all the very best from Japan, (ex-Scotland). [Here's to your channel growing bigger & bigger next Season].
Well done to that young man raising money for Team Jak. What a credit to himself and the charity. Livingston seems like a really good club. The CEO seems like a real gentleman and a style icon! Wonderful club, dedicated and authentic people
What a shame Lewis Stevenson's not going to get to 20 years playing for Hibs...19 is still unbelievable though! Think Livingston will be very well equipped for next season in the Championship, looking forward to seeing how they get on!
Hiya Sam, I enjoy the end of the league final game, see who stays up and who goes down, best of luck to Livi and all the Championship clubs next season, it should be good right to the wire, this is Choppy in Whitehaven, Cumbria, England
So enjoyed having Livingston in the premier league. Have been a few times and it’s an amazing experience a beautiful stadium I hope they can come straight back up

Sadly, its the nature of the sport that someone has to go down. I'm maybe unique among Celtic fans as liking Martindale, the Livvy manager. Whenever he's been beaten by us he's always given us due credit. He's also proof that you can actually grow beyond the mistakes you make when you're younger.
Commiserations from a Killie fan that knows the pain of relegation. Though after a rough season it was kind of nice to not get battered week in week out, quite enjoyed a different kind of football in the Championship.
Dons fan, always remember when Livvy had a good team and they played at Pittodrie and won 6-1 or something like that. I think Gary Bollan scored a screamer
somewhat random question from a dude who doesn't know much about Livingston, the only other vid I've seen is when Celtic took up like 3/4 of the stands, if today was a great atmosphere but 5/8 of the stadium had no fans, is that because there aren't enough tickets being sold because of relegation, or are empty seats kind of a normal thing at Livingston?
Again kind of have mixed feelings here Sam. Glad to see the back of that awful plastic pitch, but I'm a great admirer of David Martindale and am a bit sad that Livie have been relegated. Hope they can bounce straight back up next season, but realistically that's a lot easier said than done. The Championship is a very difficult league to get out of, in the upward direction at least.
Depending on the outcome of the Premiership relegation play off, Livingston should be favourite to win the championship. Their only challenges will be Partick and either Raith or Ross Co
Sorry to hear about Livingston but to be honest I dont want them in the SPL. The reasons for this are that they have hardly any fans and a plastic pitch. I hope to see more of the other teams like livingston get relegated and more teams with better fanbases like dunfermline or falkirk come up.
Would love to see a review of the ridiculous and outdated pyramid system in Scottish football. It will never happen though,. About half a dozen teams in the SPL are like scavengers for the Old Firm money. They will never vote for change.
No wonder Scottish football is in the state it’s in. I wish Hibs had went down instead of livi. We’ve always got the teams like hibs and Aberdeen that try v Rangers only and that’s just cheating their fans. At least livi try against everyone. That empty stadium is shocking but then again if it was at Easter road it would be the same but just the fans would be spread out slightly more. Hope you 2 teams are trading places next year.
The football club was a vanity project in the new town, made up mainly of Edinburgh and Glasgow overspill - who took their football allegiances with them. They have no hope of long term consolidation in the top flight no matter how friendly towards you they are. 1000 ish home fans will struggle to sustain a Championship team.
Livi will be lucky to not simply follow in Inverness footsteps. A period of time in Championship before going down again. They are afterall Meadowbank Thistle who were a lower league team. Its taken its time, but they are heading back to where they were all along.
When will Livi return to the top flight?
Next year 👍
Never unfortunately
They won’t
No

Good folk at Livi. Was at a women's game there not that long ago. Championship should be brilliant next year as it always is
Literally any team could win the Championship next season. Should be interesting!

Always kept an eye out for Livingston's results as Shamal George used to be the goalkeeper for my team Colchester United.
Footy Adventure I enjoy your videos.
Going to be a tight championship this year, with addition of Falkirk Hamilton,Livinston and whoever fails in the play off,no cannon fodder.
Aye, spot on, a tough league with some great sides. Partick, Falkirk, Livi, Dunfermline, maybe Raith or Ross County, all tough opposition
Been enjoying your channel so much. Surprised you didn’t go to one of the playoff games though.

Go TEAM JAK, this is why I love independent media, thanks for covering that.
Livi made it tough for my St Johnstone. They really set up the last day for the relegation places! Thanks?
Great video Sam, hopefully Livi get straight back up. The Championship will be some league next year.
Sad to see Livi go down. I hope they get their ownership issues sorted & stabilize. Fingers crossed Raith beat Ross County. KTID

Ross county need two wins to stay up.😮
Hoping they stay up because they are a Highland team in top flight.😅
Two wins is just greedy, they can win 1-0 on aggregate if they want
