No terrace, no laundry room, no balcony, no view, I'm wondering what you do with your wet clothing when you do your laundry, how do you dry it? I think you need to give more basic info. Definitely that kichen wall needs to be tear down to add more space. It'll be better to build a countertop/encimera with cabinets for storages and to be use as dining table as well, instead of having that useless wall. Thank you for sharing!

@@AlicanteRealEstate Your video is advertising it at 28000 . The value of anything is what it's worth. If your selling it for 28 then its obviously worth 28 or you would buy it yourselves and make 28 grand on it.
