Gaddafi was asking "Why are you all tired like this!?" because he proposed that the UN general assembly should be hosted in different places in the world and not just the US so no one would get tired from long flights. If they were able to hold this assembly somewhere in Europe for example, it would make the journey a lot shorter for everyone. RIP colonel.
Oh yeah, especially somewhere near the prime meridian zone or the equatorial position uk, like libya/egypt, then it will be considered equidistant to majority

No they're not, at least these days. Putin, Kim Jong Un, etc won't be able to attend. That's why UN should move their headquarter to more "neutral" country, like UAE, or Singapore.

The fact that america allows it’s enemies like iran, Cuba, Russia and North Korea to send reps and speak is something countries like China would never do in a million years.
