I have both PS4 and XBO and I see very little difference in graphics, I will admit the PS4 does look a little sharper but not much difference. In my opinion I think these console wars should just end, we should all be happy these companies are making consoles with all the hate they get. Just my opinion.

I have been using my Xbox 360 for the past 3 years and I am really happy with it, so my first impressions were in favour of the Xbox One. As a bit of background, I have also played on my brothers PS3, and I have my own gamin laptop, so I'm quite impartial and unbias towards the consoles.

OK, lets sort this shit out once and for all. PC is fun, PS4 is fun, XBox One is fun, however..nothing beats N64. I'm sorry to all the PS4, XBO and PC fanboys, but Ocarina of Time, Donkey Kong 64, Diddy Kong Racing, it just doesn't get any better than that.

Now I have both the Xbox one and the ps4. I prefer the Xbox one, but that is just my opinion. The big reason is because I've always been an Xbox kind of guy. I am just keeping up with my old achievements and watching it improve. The ps4 is my brothers. And you are probably thinking I'm an Xbox one fanboy. That's not it at all. I'm absolutely loving the way the ps4 is. The difference in graphics from the PS3 to the PS4 blew my mind and playing stuff such as Cod, GTA, and the Last Us. I don't see the point in fanboying over one console when both doing almost equal performance and give you what you want in the game.
However, I'm also a PC gamer. I built a pretty decent one with an i7, 16 gb ddr3, and a GTX 970. Graphics impress me most on PC and that's really what I play when I'm looking for great graphics. And not to mention PC will always be PC so you can play the new games and the old games.

That's it, I'm done with this "Console War" bullshit. If you think that the Xbox One is better then the PS4 or vice versa, then keep it to yourself we have these consoles for a reason. To play video games and just generally have fun. If you own an Xbox one and you say that the PS4 sucks, then you more than likely don't even own a PS4. Same goes for the Xbox One. At first, when I bought the Xbox One I instantly fell in love with it. I hated the PS4 and I didn't even own the console. About a month or two later I purchased the PS4 just to try it out. And I took back everything I said about that Console. I currently own both of the consoles and I play on them equally. And their both great! So if you were saying that the Xbox is bad and you don't even own the console, then you need to shut up. Because you're throwing false statements that aren't even sure about that particular console. Same for PS4. We are mainly here to play video games. Not argue on over which console is better. Because

Seriously, even though sometimes I argue that PS4 is better, it really comes down to what YOU want. Don't pay attention to what us Gaystation fanboys or the Rektbox1 fanboys say. Go get whatever the hell you want. If you want to use a computer/TV/gaming console all at the same time, then get a Xbox One. If you want a system that focuses solely on gaming and it's community, then get a PS4.

Torklamor Get pc its more expensive i know, but it will have more games you will have more do do for the money you spend and it is fully customizable, and if you want to be a bit cheap you could crack your games if you really wanted (I am not recommending this), at the end of the day you will have a more immersive feel (depending on your specs and resolutions of your monitor) then you would on either console. Plus PC's will never be out dated wait till 4 or 5 years time when the new playstation and xbox is out and you'll having to buy the new consoles. Also most games that have been called "exclusive to Xbox one" have been put on PC such as Rise and Dead Rising 3, therefore getting PC is the right way to go if you have enough money in my opinion.
I was having the same problem. I currently have an Xbox 360. I was going with the ps4 but now I decided to get the Xbox one. My membership will transfer and I like the controller. You can barely see a difference in performance or quality between the two. But, I think the ps4 controller is better but I'm going with Xbox one because I'm used to Xbox controller and it will just be so hard. So, I'd suggest the ps4 if your looking for a bit better performance and view and the cheaper price but I'm just gong with Xbox one advanced warfare bundle. 1TB space,advanced warfare, limited edition controller? Having owned both, I just figured I'd list what I like more about each.
Xbox One- I love the backwards compatibility and that I don't have to pay for it. I also love the Snap feature. Also I love being able to play Halo because Halo was one of the first game series I ever played. And I love the controller more.
Ps4- I love that the Ps4 is smaller than the One (the regular One, not the S). I feel like Ps4 runs a bit more smoothly and it loads a bit faster.
Either way I love both of these consoles, and I think both Sony and Microsoft have done an amazing job.

On top of that, Microsoft was aiming to make us pay money for paying money. (If that makes any sense lol) Don't get upset over my opinion though, dude. There were features on the Xbox that I liked. Both Sony and Microsoft would probably lose on this one for me.

my guesses are that the majority of game development companies (like rockstar) are waiting for the next gen consoles to be released all around the world, in order to convert/create games for them. so it may take another month-month and a half

Funny to see the XBox fanbois still picking the XBone over the clearly superior PS4. The PS4 has a much more powerful GPU (graphics chipset). It uses much faster memory. It has an upgradable hard drive - you can swap in an SSD which gives a BIG reduction in loading times. It can run ALL games at 1080 (Xbone has to run graphics heavy games at 720p). Also the PS4 is recording gameplay all the time, and has basic editing so you can upload in-game footage to Facebook in a couple of button clicks (in the background, so you can carry on player). The PS4 can also do live streaming. It also looks better. Also if you have the PS Vita, you can play the PS4 via the handheld console and watch something else on TV.
Advantages of having the XBone? I can't think of any... You can't even play your old 360 games on it.
(Disclaimer, I game on PC, and have owned every previous console from Sony, MS and Nintendo - I won't be buying the XBone though)
Surely the clear winner here is the ps4, its more powerful, looks much nicer and its cheaper! No wonder its sold out world wide.
Ive had the xbox one for 6 months now, i don't use the kinect it's still in the box, and it's been lowered by £100 to compete with playstation. Funny enough, it's took me this long to realise the playstation is better, it has better exclusives smaller yet more powerful console, psn+ is better than xbox live gold as you actually get given free games such as outlast which is an amazing game. Sell your xbox while you can before the prices drop yet again
